Linkn to double claim

This league is pretty tight. The ASFC constantly has multiple teams tied for the same record at the end of the regular season, and playoff games are now almost a coin toss because of the lack of home field advantage since changing to DDSPF21. Here's why each team has a shot at winning the big game- and why they might lose it too.

Baltimore Hawks
You might not think the Hawks have a shot at winning the Ultimus, and you'd be right. But they actually have two wins already, so maybe they sneak into the playoffs with a few lucky wins and find a way to get it done.
They'd lose the Utimus because they wouldn't even get there in the first place, probably not even the playoffs either.

Berlin Fire Salamanders
The Berlin Fire Salamanders are (to me (no bias)) the frontrunners to win the Ultimus this season. They made it to the conference championship game thanks to a wild card bye and lost there, but they didn't lose any players and made some key gains in free agency with the likes of Tychondrius Hood and Derred de Ville. Watch out for these guys later in the season
The Sallies could lose because they've been very inconsistent on both sides of the ball. They lost 2 of their first 4 games and are giving up more than 27 points a game. Their quarterback also for some reason likes to throw the ball to the other team sometimes, so that could really cost them in a close game.

Chicago Butchers
Chicago is really not looking too hot this season. Last in their division behind even Baltimore, it seems they just can't manage to put many points on the board. Against the Orange County Otters they only let in 9 points, but couldn't beat that, scoring only 6.
That being said, they definitely have the ability to beat teams, their only win is against the Colorado Yeti, who are tied for second in their division. If Chicago can figure out a way to score points they'll be able to make it to the playoffs and run with it.

Colorado Yeti
The Yeti have won 3 out of 5 games so far, including victories against two powerhouses, the Sarasota Sailfish and the Berlin Fire Salamanders. If they could play like that there's no way they can lose the Ultimus.
Unfortunately for them, they haven't always been playing like that. In games where their offense struggled, they had some uncharacteristic losses to the Butchers and the Yellowknife Wraiths, scoring less than 15 points in both of their affairs.

That's all the time I have for now if I want my double media, so I guess we can call this a part one. The next ones will be better because right now I'm basically just spamming my keyboard for money before the day ends.
