Here comes the tale of former Duck,
A fearsome, awesome foe,
Their name is Gleel and full of talent
So onward we will go.
Their rookie year in ‘Sota land,
They burst onto the scene,
With loads of tackles, hits, and sacks,
To QBs they were mean.
The second year they heard their name,
Chicago in round three,
Excitement filled their head that night,
A Butcher they would be.
But still a Duck did Gleel remain,
Their work was still not done,
Wasrabi sacked and stripped and hit,
Opponents had no fun.
In S26 they were elite,
Wreaked havoc on their foe,
140 tackles then,
To the Pro Bowl they did go.
That was their final year a Duck,
For Butchers came to call,
But Gleel went down in franchise lore,
One of the best to ever ball.
In Chi-Town Gleel began anew,
And quickly built their name,
They’ve started every game so far,
With an eye on the Hall of Fame.
In all the years with Butchers now,
Their stats have gone right up,
Tackles, sacks, and even picks,
All doubters have shut up.
When you look around the league,
And survey all the best,
Names like Gleel with all their skill,
Stand above the rest.
And now a captain for the Butchers,
Wasrabi leads the D,
Respect and love from all their team,
And all across the league.
And when I list the very best,
The GOATs around the site,
Wasrabi’s name is always there,
With speed, and smarts, and might.
No matter what you ask of them,
They’ll quickly get it done,
Rush the passer, drop in zone,
And even stop the run.
And though this ode is ending soon,
Wasrabi still will play,
All throughout the years to come,
Until their final day.
When that day is finally here,
When you’ve played your final game,
We’ll toast to you and all your skill,
And never forget the name.
