One that we can actually watch for that matter?
Madden is unlikely for many reasons but there are other options like all pro 2k8 or backbreaker.
Have the head people looked into those?

Problem is this would completely change the layout of the league from Attributes to also finding a simulator who would be able to do all this. A change is very unlikely as we will probably be updating to the new DDSPF 18 a little bit after it comes out.
But for a simulator that is a console game like Madden or the ones you mentioned is most likely not happening at all.
For one that you can watch, sim leagues like this don't usually go into those but "Dots" are the ones that sim league use
