Welcome to Reykjavík. As the world's northernmost capital of Iceland, Reykjavík serves as the heart and center of the Nordic country, serving as its cultural, economic, and governmental engine. With landmarks such as the Alþingishúsið, Hallgrímskirkja, Laugavegur, and many more, this proposal aims to host the ISFL's biggest festivities under the backdrop of the Icelandic expanse.

There is only one place in Reykjavik that can host an event such as the Ultimus: Laugardalsvöllur. Home of the Icelandic national football team, the stadium boasts around 13,000 seats in capacity. Adding to the experience inside, however, is a site-wide event covering multiple locations around the stadium.

We have established multiple viewing zones with an outdoor experience, letting you and your companions truly enjoy the actions under the fabled night sky and Northern Lights. These viewing zones utilize the surrounding festival grounds and sports fields such as the Valbjarnarvöllur and Eimskipsvöllurinn, adding another ~4,500-5,500 people in capacity if needed. Alongside the viewing zones, the hallowed Laugardalshöllin will host the Ultimus Experience, a fan experience for ISFL fans around the world to enjoy such as exhibitions and fan engagements.

The imagery was taken from Reykjavik's coat of arms, depicting the throne pillars of Ingolfr Árnarson, the first permanent settler of Iceland. The colours were to resemble the Northern Lights, with the blue representing the seas and the green representing the earth.

And thus, we bring you Reykjavik to the ISFL. The land of fire and ice. As the battlefield is set under the night sky, who shall be crowned Ultimus Champion in these hallowed grounds?
