I is for International - Small Change in PT Rules - siddhus - 07-08-2021
The PPT Team has a change to announce for the PTs effective immediately. With the switch to ISFL made a few seasons ago, this is another step to recognize the international users in the league, and to help make sure they are not at a disadvantage.
From now onwards, users may submit written point tasks in their primary language as opposed to having to submit in English. We realize that it is a daunting task to have to write 200, or even 800 words for the Ultimus Week in a secondary language, and hopefully being able to submit in a language that is easier for you to write with, will make these tasks a lot less time consuming and a lot easier for the users. The PT grader that goes through the post, will go and translate any non-English posts for them to check the PT prompt relevance.
We hope with this PTs don't be a barrier of entry for any new users as well for any veteran users that this would make their jobs easier. I do want to stress that the main part that we look at for PTs is staying on the prompt and effort, and you won't be docked for grammer or spelling mistakes that you make, as you demonstrate the two requirements. If anyone has any questions, my dms are always open, and I will check this thread to see if there were any questions here.
