*Western US is going for GOLD - Ephenssta - 08-02-2021

In 1848, James W. Marshall found gold at Sutter’s Mill in California, sparking a legendary migration of prospectors and development in the Western United States. Approximately 300,000 people from the US and abroad made the journey out to California hoping to strike that precious yellow metal, all of which peaked in 1849. Without all of that insanity, the Western US likely would not be what it is today. Now, it’s a booming place full of tech stuff that I don’t really understand, beautiful mountain ranges, impressive forests, and a newly established football team that will take on the world this offseason in the first ever ISFL WFC tournament.

If you feel like your future is unlimited and you’re through accepting limits, this may be your chance to fly.

This season marks the start of the second gold rush, as the gold medals come home to the Western US. If you have any questions or are interested in the Western US team, please feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to have a chat about the team and my plans.

Hi boss! Have you got an idea on what your starting lineup will look like yet?

Are there any particular positions of strength/weakness you've identified?

Are there any tight races to lock down a starting spot?

It's hard to say right now as things are still a bit up in the air until the TDL when things get locked down in terms of who will be eligible from each region and who is changing their birth places. From what I've seen looking at preliminary lists, though, this team should be incredibly strong. We'll be set up with a lot of players well over 1k TPE, especially at DE and LB, but with a lot of TPE also appearing at the QB and CB positions.

There are some tight races for CB1, some OL spots, TE, and RB1. Those will probably come down to who is most engaged with the team. I am really looking forward to getting an official roster out though.
