Would there be a way bankers could post the spreadsheet they use to keep track of our finances on google docs like they have for our balance sheet? That way if there's ever a discrepancy between what the bank says you have and what you think you have, we could try to figure it out ourselves without having to bother any bankers.

I'm not sure if they keep a spreadsheet for everything they deposit, I think they just use this thread - http://nsfl.jcink.net/index.php?showtopic=47 and then update the account

Ah, gotcha. I had a question regarding my account at one point and I was sent what looked like a snip of a spreadsheet. I wasn't sure if that's how they normally keep track or if they created it just to easily show my account transactions.

We can sort by username so it actually isn't that difficult to look up someone's history.

You could publish the log sheet like you do the rest of the sheets

I'm for it, as I keep track of my finances on a separate sheet myself. But to be fair, I've never seen a slip up regarding my money, so at this point I trust Grapehead's accuracy.
