Through the duration of this contract, one of the team’s rule proposals will be offered to Sylphreni for first right of refusal. If not refused the team will propose the following: 'If a rule proposal is voted down, it cannot be added to the ballot again the following rules summit.' Should the rule in question be passed or voted against by every eligible voter other than Colorado; this clause will be removed from the remainder of the contract.
