It's about time the media department asked to film Bender instead of following Goat Tank around. I mean all he does is walk around shouting "GOAT TANK" at people. How is that even good television? Anyways, Bender starts off his day waking up at precisely 6:19 AM everyday. He doesn't use an alarm clock dumb humans need. His internal clock is calculated to one hundred decimal places. The first thing he does is take a swig from his favorite beer: BendërBrau. He starts off the day drinking because a sober bot is a dangerous bot. At least that's what his mom used to tell him as a kid. Next he kicks out any fembots that might have stayed the night. What are they still doing in his house in the morning anyways? Go away. Then he starts to head over to the team facility for practice. They is a casino on the way so he usually stops off the for a few rounds of blackjack. After 4 hours of hard boozing and losing money. By the time Bender arrives to practice, it is already basically over and the team is doing conditioning. The coach yells at Bender and tells him that he has extra training to make up for the time that he missed.  Bender takes a deep puff of his cigar and blows the smoke in the coaches face. "Bite my glorious golden ass hehehehe"

A day in the life of Blackstone wouldn't be particularly interest because, like these PTs always remind me, I create the most boring characters. But Blackstone doesn't really mind that much because in his mind it fits with the persona that he believes most people expect from their linemen anyway. That being said, on a regular practice day he's up early around 5 and out of the apartment by 5:45 so that he can make it to the facility by 6 for breakfast. He gulps down what the nutritionists have prepared for him, a routine that will become a common theme with quick cuts throughout the video as he has more than a half-dozen prepared meals per day. Then, he needs to get his body moving to fully wake up, so he does some cardio and simple weights before starting on a film session with his fellow d-linemen and position coach around 9am. That can last upwards of 3 hours before they are out on the field for drills and scrimmage. Finally, he ends the day with a weight-lifting session from around 4-6 before returning home. Typically, at home, he tries to spend quality time with his family because he isnt able to get much of it while in season. However, he still tries to be in bed by 9:30 before starting it all over again the next day.

Good Morning Fans! Welcome to the McHits Home! Currently, I am brewing my morning coffee, getting my kids (Short Stack and Mini Stacks), their morning brews and snacks, letting our dogs out, and trying to turn on “Yoooou-Tuuuuuube” for our oldest child. Come make your coffee how you like it, and meet us in the living room!

We will be here until the children finish their snack tray and we finish our coffee. After this we will head outside to play with the children. We like to play in the sand, throw a ball around, go on the slide, and just be outside as much as possible. There will be plenty of tackling between the children. That should serve them well in their future football careers if they take after their parents. (;

After all of our outdoor time, we’ll have lunch. I do my lifting and cardio workout during this time. If both children are sleeping, I will use our equipment. If one of them is awake, I will just play with them, and incorporate them in my workout as much as possible. They are 15 months apart, but they both weigh 32 pounds, so I just use them as weights for some light lifting exercises, if I need to.

Due to our unique circumstances and both of us being on a team, Sconnie will leave his day job, pick me up, and someone will come to watch the children while both of us catch up, and meet each other out on the field. I am very grateful that we get to spend some time connecting, doing something that we love, together.

The children will eat, and be ready for bed when we get home. We will spend a little family time together, the children will go to bed, and we will binge some television together or strategize for the week’s game. Thank you for joining us, it’s bedtime. We’ll see you on the field!

Fairy de Pengu is an open book so when he was approached about doing an all inclusive look into his life, he was happy to share what his daily routine looked like and the more that was on camera the happier he was. After all, he hoped to follow in the footsteps of Adelie and that was the be the greatest penguin of all time. The more he could show the world, the happier he was and so he started off with his morning breakfast. He took the crew off to the bay in London. he had to dive in and catch yummy fishes for breakfast! He would then spend hours in the water, playing around and enjoying the water. He spends most of his morning in the water before he goes to daily practice. At practice they have pool where once more Adelie swims around. Then its lunch time where he returns to the bay and does even more swimming. Then he goes to an afternoon meeting with the team for team building. This is where just like every other day he invites the team to swim with him. Any and all volunteers go to the bay with him and once more Fairy spends his time fishing and eating the fishes. After all, he's a penguin. What else did you expect in his daily routine?

A day in the life of Daron Arnold is probably very similar to most other players. He gets up early, has a nice, hearty, carb filled breakfast to give himself proper energy for the day, and immediately hits the gym. You've probably seen players like him a million times. He's a gym rat. A real grinder. Scrappy, lunchpail kind of guy. First one in, last one out, yadda yadda. You know the drill. His day really isn't anything special.

Except for the whole reason Daron was probably selected for this documentary special in the first place. Yes, his step brother is NFL all-star Aaron Donald. Daron is more than happy to let anyone join him to document his workouts and diet, but inevitably someone will bring up his famous relation. Now, Daron has worked hard to improve his responses to these questions. He likes to think that he no longer flinches that the media only sees him as a pathway to his more successful step brother, and that his response is delivered smoothly. Those who know him, however, can still spot the slight freeze as he mentally steels himself against an outburst. Maybe the twitching eyebrow or pulsing vein in his clenched fist.

Nevertheless, Daron is well aware that public image is just as important to a successful career as performance on the field. After taking a brief moment to collect himself, he graciously answers. Perhaps a little candidly, but what's a little jab at a brother in the grand scheme of things?
