Yellowknife Bankrupt - PMoney - 10-17-2021 It's been a long but fantastic 8 seasons as Yellowknife GM but the time has come for me to cash out. There have been ups and downs but winning 2 Ultimus' as a GM will forever be a highlight of my sim league career. 80-54 isnt the greatest record of all time but we won where it mattered. Taking over from me is none other than @ZootTX. He's got all the experience you could hope for in the league and has been a key part of the team since we both got drafted in S22. I know he's going to do a better job than me so I'm delighted that he's taking over. I could list the entire reciept of everyone who's played on the team since I've got drafted. Every person has made it such an honour to GM for so thank you Yellowknife but to keep it short: @shadyshoelace and @flyeaglesfly29 Thanks for taking a chance on me to run the fantastic team you guys built and thanks for running it with me for so long Fly @Arkz and @ZootTX you guys are going to absolutely smash it. We couldnt have asked for better GMs to lead the next Yellowknife dynasty Thanks to everyone that makes the league so awesome and you'll still see me around plenty! Its incredibly humbling to pick up where they led off and continue the culture of success we've had for the Wraiths. Thank you PMoney for all the time, knowledge, and laughs you've given to the team. By definition of the rule shown above, he technically shouldn’t be a GM for YKW at this point though I’m sure HO has already approved this hire. Congrats, Zoot. RE: Yellowknife Bankrupt - Mooty99 - 10-18-2021 PMoney is great and was great GM, and Zoot is an awesome guy who i know will do a great job but how is this allowed? There is a rule specifically against it? "Draftees in either of the current draft classes (ie, the classes next in line to be drafted to either league) may not be hired as GMs or Co-GMs until after they have been drafted by that team. This can be waived under extenuating circumstances such as expansion. Selected GMs/Co-GMs in these circumstances will be held to the usual GM recreation rules."
