*Developing situation in Colorado - Sylphreni - 10-19-2021
We have it on good authority that Emperor de Pengu was spotted earlier this morning at Denver City Hall. First hand accounts from eyewitnesses on site have confirmed that the star Offensive Lineman was apparently attempting to purchase a hunting license, but left disgruntled after the clerk refused to confirm if you can be charged for manslaughter if you "have a license for it."
De Pengu then stormed out of the building, garbed in a retro Juan Domine jersey, but not before turning to the crowd of stunned onlookers, pulling an earbud from his ear, and shouting: "I got your Blank Space right here for ya!" All the while making several suggestive chopping motions with his flippers over his groin area. What the bird meant by this, is still unclear...
After such a public tirade team officials were unavailable for comment, but one source within the team was able to confirm de Pengu does indeed have a "blank space" and he is a bit self-conscious about it. How this effects his recent trade demands is yet to be seen.
