Hello ISFL! I want to thank HO for allowing me to post this in announcements for you all to see.
Today, popular YouTuber Jacksepticeye is running an event called Thankmas, a charity drive with the goal of raising 10 MILLION dollars to build homes for 1000 families, in tandem with thousands of other content creators. He is currently livestreaming the event on his YouTube channel if you want to check it out.
I thought it would be cool to come together as a community to support this event as I believe it is a great cause to spread the word about! If you'd like to help combat global homelessness, donate to the cause at the following link: https://thankmas.tiltify.com/
You can also register at that link to support the cause in your own way as well if you are into streaming. I personally will be going live at 1:00 PM CT on my twitch (same username) to try and raise money as well - my link if you'd like to help me reach my goal for the event is here
If you don't have the means or simply don't want to donate, I encourage you to at least use the hashtag #Thankmas on twitter to help spread the word!
At the time of writing this, over $800,000 has already been donated for the cause! It would be super cool to come together as a community to spread Christmas cheer in the form of charity.
