S33 Rule Summit Results - DarknessRising - 01-07-2022

Hello ISFLers

The S33 Rule Summits have been conducted and completed. There is only an ISFL and Universal ballot as no rules were posed for voting in the DSFL ballot

ISFL BALLOT

The ISFL Ballot consisted of 1 rule proposal. The voting party consisted of 20 members (6 members of ISFL HO and 14 General Managers). The League owner did not vote. As a result, in order for the rule to pass, it needs 15 votes

1. Each team must nominate 3 users for Most Dedicated Member. Each person nominated for this award will listed as a nominee during the award's stream to recognize their contributions to the league. Failure to complete nominations for this award is a fine-able offense.

11 For - 9 Against

Rule does not pass

UNIVERSAL BALLOT

The Universal Ballot consisted of 2 rule proposals. The voting party consisted of 29 Members (6 members of HO, 2 DSFL HO, 14 ISFL General Managers and 7 DSFL General Managers). The league ownder did not vote, and both London Royals GM's and Tom Hanks did not vote. As a result, the London GM's (Sebster and LucidDreams) will be fined $2,000,000 personally and TomHankls $4,000,000 due to HO being punished double. As a result, 22 votes are needed to for a rule to pass.

1. If a rule proposal is voted down, it cannot be added to the ballot again the following rules summit.

2 For - 27 Against

Rule does not past

2.  For Immediate Implementation: Remove the MVP, OPOTY, and DPOTY awards from the committee process. The pool of players for these awards will be made up from the whole pool of players that are nominated for a positional award.

18 For - 11 Against

Rule does not past

No rules have passed this ballot. As always, its never too early to bring suggestions for rules to your GMs or HO for next season's rule summit!

I'm sure this'll be funny during the next rule proposal.

Did I ever tell you what the definition of insanity is? Insanity is doing the exact... same fucking thing... over and over again expecting... shit to change...

At this point it's been on like 7 consecutive ballots.

Once it's hit the 10th ballot, then it'll be funny!

Wow I thought it would be on the 15th when it gets funny?

RE: S33 Rule Summit Results - PugWalrus - 01-07-2022

Why would the rookie of the year noms only be from a pool of positional award nominees? What if no rookie makes it on to a positional ballot?

It just says MVP and Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year. No mention of rookie of the year.

I don't think it says rookie of the year, just mvp and potys
