Southie / MoreliaSpilota Multi - Swanty - 01-22-2022
We have determined that the user MoreliaSpilota is operated by the same individual as the user Southie. While Southie has not logged into the forum since MoreliaSpilota created, owning multiple accounts is strictly forbidden. In addition, both users currently have active players in the league, one in the ISFL and one in the DSFL.
As such, the following action will be taken:
- Southie receives a 1 season (8 week) suspension from league spaces (forums + ISFL Discord server), ending March 19th.
- Southie receives a 3 season suspension on holding league jobs, ending July 9th.
- During this time, Southie’s player, Lot Smith VIII, can continue to be used by YKW and will be treated as IA for contract purposes as per rule IX.C.3: ’In cases of a suspension, unless otherwise specified by HO, the player associated with the user will be treated as IA.’
- MoreliaSpilota is permanently banned
- MoreliaSpilota’s player, Roscoe White, will be immediately retired and removed from the sim as per rule IX.C.6: ‘No multis. If caught, all multi accounts will be deleted and their players retired. The original account will also be subject to discipline.’
Southie may appeal this decision by contacting Attopax#4079 or any other member of the appeals team.
