Faelax Retirement Appeal - Tesla - 02-10-2022
This is an appeal from user @"unconfident69" on behalf of user @Faelax. Cause of appeal can be found here as they appealed the 20% reduction in TPE from retracting a retirement.
While the appeals team sympathizes with the mistake that was made by early retirement; the rules as written are crystal clear on the matter and the team found no reason for the TPE reduction to not apply.
Vote was 6-0 in favor of upholding Head Office's decision. User @JKortesi81 recused themself from voting.
