*Legacy Score - Season 2 - JuOSu - 02-25-2022 For those unfamiliar with this still fairly new series, please check out the first installment of the series for an explanation on what it is and how the scoring works. I will not go into that again in this one. In this installment I will look at the second season of the ISFL and who scored what kind of points back then. Let's look at who was among the people who got most points in just season 2: Jayce Tuck 325 Chris Orosz 169 Erasmo Broadway 123 Harrif Ernston 118 Darlane Farlane 110 Lincoln Jefferson 93 Stephen Harris 92 Ricky Maddox 90 Cristiano Ronaldo 84 Isaiah Rashad 75 Robert Phelps 74 Turk Turkleton 74 Tyler Oles 72 Mayran Jackson 72 This is everyone who scored over 70 points. For anyone who has any knowledge of Season 2, they will not be surprised to see Jayce Tuck so high here. Tuck had a season for the ages, in which he won Most Valuable Player and Defensive Player of the Year. He also broke several records that stood for a long time. We see some familiar faces up there like Orosz, as well as some newer guys like S2 Offensive Rookie of the Year Darlane Farlane who impressed at Running Back. Who gained the most spots? Erasmo Broadway 97 spots gained Stephen Harris 91 spots gained Turk Turkleton 90 spots gained Boss Tweed 76 spots gained Ben Longshaw 52 spots gained Vinny Cox 46 spots gained Mike Boss 45 spots gained Reg Mackworthy 42 spots gained These are just those who gained more than 40 spots. Obviously anyone completely new would not be on this list yet, more on that in a second. The following players gained their first points ever in Season 2: Darlane Farlane 110 Lincoln Jefferson 93 Cristiano Ronaldo 84 Tyler Oles 72 Mayran Jackson 72 King Bronko 69 Luke Luechly 66 Fox North 51 Kurt Hendrix 44 Matt James 44 Bork Bjornsson 43 Dieter Koch 42 Dustin Evans 41 Micah Hendrix 38 Jordan Yates 36 Tyler Varga 31 Darnell Turner 28 C.A. Chess 27 Gui Worthy 26 Vincent Sharpei 26 Godfrey King 25 Ardie Savea 25 Paul DiMirio 25 Allen Davis 23 Alex Hayden 23 Luke Tiernan 21 Rafael Reyes 21 Connor MacManus 20 Sachimo Zoidberg 20 Sammy Walters 20 Ottokar Von Gerhardt 20 Leon Morgan 19 Luke Chunk 19 Joey Langdon 18 Marc Spector 18 Franklin Harris 17 Torque Lewith 17 Avon Blocksdale 16 Carmel Gibson 16 Noah Parker 16 Brice Boggs 15 Darren Smallwood 15 J.D. Boom 15 Antoine Delacour 14 Big Bot 14 Iyah Blewitt 14 Perry Tucker 14 Ragnar Kronen 14 James Wright 13 Damien Kroetch 12 Levon Novel 11 Marcus Kane 11 Shi'terrick Skidmarks 11 Alonzo Charles 10 Donovan Maric 10 Enchilada Charlton 10 Kristoffer O'Sullivan 9 Levon Novel 9 Ricardo Sandoval 9 Chidubem Okonkwo 8 Johnny Rocket 8 Lightskin Thor 8 Kevin Cushing 7 Luke Washington 7 Kyle Cobb 6 Thaddeus Bullard 6 Drew Davidson 5 Ben Green 4 Denzel Diaz 4 Eric Kennedy 4 Greg Clegane 4 Trey Willie 4 Bradley Westfield 3 Jon Ross 3 Tyler Grant 3 Alexandre LeClair 2 Johnny Rocket 2 Josh Bercovici 2 Kendrick Hendrix 2 Ryan Lecavalier 2 Shjom Finkenlarkin 2 Xavier Newman 2 Denzel Diaz 1 Erlich Burnsman 1 Hunter Mason 1 Josepher Kamby 1 Owen Taylor 1 Like I said, Darlane Farlane stood out as a huge player in S2 and was a great new player, but many S2 players got added to this list. Oh, if anyone is on any lists twice it is because they are on their in more than one position! Let's now look at the different positions again: Quarterback: Chris Orosz 239 King Bronko 69 (new) Vincent Draxel 62 (-1) Mike Boss 58 Logan Noble 48 (-2) Sam Kyubee 36 (-1) Ethan Hunt 26 (-1) Jameis Christ 21 (-1) Josh Bercovici 2 (new) Chris Orosz not only keeps his lead but also dominates the Quarterback position after two seasons. The major award winner at QB also won Offensive Player of the Year. We see King Bronko enter the list, who was still a WR in Season 1. Running Back: Bubba Nuck 214 Darlane Farlane 110 (new) Reg Mackworthy 96 (+2) Omar Wright 87 (-2) Jack Durden 74 (-1) Leroy Jenkins 58 (-3) Boss Tweed 52 (+8) Vick Bowers Jr. 44 (-2) Marcus Robinson 30 (-1) Kieran O'Connell 27 (-3) Ardie Savea 25 (new) Michael Newman 24 (-3) Fernando Bessel 20 (-3) Demetrius Wiley 14 (-3) Levon Novel 12 (-3) Kyle Cobb 6 (new) Luke Tiernan 5 (-4) Teez Tobin 5 (-4) Eric Kennedy 4 (new) Jack Stats 1 (-5) Denzel Diaz 1 (new) Erlich Burnsman 1 (new) I just love coming across some of the names from that era and remembering stuff. Ardie Savea and Erlich Burnsman are definitely names I recognize, as well as Eric Kennedy. At the top, Bubba Nuck, the number 1 from season 1 had a much more held back season this time. Darlane Farlane enters right away at 2nd at the position. Very strong start. Reg Mackworthy climbs into the top 3. Wide Receiver: Josh Garden 146 Robert Phelps 121 (+2) Bradley Westfield 92 Kendrick Hendrix 89 (+4) Damian West 75 (+1) Bailey Cook 74 (-1) None Stormblessed 74 (-5) Mayran Jackson 72 (new) Fox North 51 (new) Cooper Christmas 48 Lincoln Jefferson 43 Shane Weston 41 Dustin Evans 41 Alexandre LeClair 39 Matthew Vincent 32 DJ Law 27 C.A. Chess 27 King Bronko 25 Wes Washington 20 Darren Smallwood 15 Damien Kroetch 12 Jonathan Shaloiko 6 Ryan Lecavalier 4 Trey Willie 4 Jon Ross 3 Johnny Rocket 2 Hunter Mason 1 I am not going to bother with every position change here but needless to say, Josh Garden kept his lead still. We see some awesome new guys in Jackson and North already near the top. Tight End: Ricky Maddox 128 (+1) George Wright Jr. 86 (+1) Gabriel Tenzini 82 (-2) Joseph Tkachuk 51 (+1) Break Bottles 51 (-1) Rich Gucci 27 Paul DiMirio 25 (new) Carmel Gibson 16 (new) Josh Davidson 4 (-2) Rolf Larsendorf 4 (-2) Wren Piper 1 (-2) Josepher Kamby 1 (new) Ricky Maddox takes the lead at Tight end. We already see the future legend Paul DiMirio on this list though. How long will it take him to take the lead? Offensive Line: Angus Winchester 224 Mat Akselsen 92 Jogn Floggity 74 Ben Longshaw 62 Cliff Hamilton 52 Daniel Robicheaux 48 Saggitariutt Jefferspin 46 Alex Thomas 44 Matt James 44 Marcus Boyd 42 Dieter Koch 42 Braden Sharp 40 Scott Timlin 40 Bender Rodriguez 38 Micah Hendrix 38 Tim Tebow 36 Jordan Yates 36 Jordan Weal 32 D'Brickashaw Ferguson 28 Gui Worthy 26 Vincent Sharpei 26 Connor MacManus 20 Sachimo Zoidberg 20 Sammy Walters 20 Avon Blocksdale 16 Alonzo Charles 10 Greg Clegane 4 Shjom Finkenlarkin 2 A lot of changes here at this position with a ton of new people getting added to it. Offensive Line won't be interesting for much longer or until much later, because soon most players will change away from Offensive Line here. Defensive End: Jayce Tuck 438 Fuego Wozy 88 (+4) Adamle Tomlinson 86 (-1) Dental Dam 77 (+1) Jason Spearhead 61 (-2) Blaster Blade 59 (-3) Kurt Hendrix 44 (new) Bork Bjornsson 43 Bisquiteen Crocker 25 Ottokar Von Gerhardt 20 Everest Teagarden 17 J.D. Boom 15 Greg Taylor 14 Big Bot 14 Sensabaughdy Leafer 11 Enchilada Charlton 10 Chidubem Okonkwo 8 Lightskin Thor 8 Tyler Varga 7 Thaddeus Bullard 6 Drew Davidson 5 Alistair Amir 1 Owen Taylor 1 Oh yeah, did I mention that Jayce Tuck was a beast? Yeah, this is going to be pretty ugly for a while I think. He was still a beast in Season 3 too. I cannot imagine what his lead will be. But I do think he will be caught. Defensive Tackle: Mark Ramrio 108 Vinny Cox 92 (+3) Bert Metas 83 Arbin Asipi 77 (+2) JJ Reigns 71 (-1) Franklin Harris 45 (-4) Luke Pierce 44 Dan Miller 43 Romeo Devitt 31 Godfrey King 25 Josh Cameron 20 Trent Bender 14 Gilfred Harrison 12 William Nasher 11 Shi'terrick Skidmarks 11 Ricardo Sandoval 9 Ben Green 4 Ramrio and Cox were both very solid players and are in the lead here. Linebacker: Harrif Ernston 171 (+2) Jonathon Saint 139 (-1) Erasmo Broadway 135 (+8) Jaylon Lee 95 (+3) Wyatt Fulton 81 (+2) Brady Stropko 67 (-4) Luke Luechly 66 (new) Ian Bavitz 61 Alexander Selich 53 Kurt Hendrix 41 Stephen Harrison 40 Lindarius Shelton 35 AC Hackett 34 Tyler Varga 31 Sinjin Flimjollywop 30 Luke Tiernan 21 Luke Chunk 19 Franklin Harris 17 Noah Parker 16 Brice Boggs 15 Perry Tucker 14 Arby Krimlaw 13 James Wright 13 Khalifa Al Mahrouqi 11 Reginald Hampshireton 10 Donovan Maric 10 Rickey Mills 9 Kevin Cushing 7 Luke Washington 7 Jupiter Oaks 5 Ernsten was a beast for a while and he leads here in the Linebacker position. Cornerback: Dermot Lavelle 93 (+2) Jason Williams 87 (-1) Antoine Delacour 84 (+5) Anthony Petrakis 77 Alex Hayden 75 (-3) Tyler Oles 72 (new) John Canton 61 Philippe Carter 60 Matthew Peterson 57 Stanislaw Maddox 44 Dirk Cutter 38 Timote Shoate 37 Darnell Turner 28 Rafael Reyes 21 Leon Morgan 19 Marc Spector 18 Kristoffer O'Sullivan 9 Jackson Harris 7 Henri Rivere 6 Tyler Grant 3 Eric Hansen 2 Mark Bowden 2 Xavier Newman 2 King Arthur 1 We see legend Lavelle take the lead and we see newcomer Oles already make a good jump up. Safety: Isaiah Rashad 257 Ryan Flock 105 (+1) Lincoln Jefferson 93 (new) Dominic Verns 79 (+1) Vikian Marmeladov 67 (-1) Ja Brill 57 (-4) Devin Speed 52 Clee Hardrool 43 Alex Hansen 25 Allen Davis 23 Mayran Jackson 21 Samuel Watson 20 Roman Thomas 19 Torque Lewith 17 Ragnar Kronen 14 Isaiah McGinn 13 Mike McNoodle 11 Levon Novel 11 Marcus Kane 11 Pablo Sanchez 9 Sunday Showcase 8 Ryan Lecavalier 2 Rashad still in the lead but the rest of the list gets a bit closer. Kicker/Punter: Stephen Harris 104 (+5) Turk Turkleton 84 (+5) Cristiano Ronaldo 84 (new) Archibald Booter 79 (-2) Jimmy Darkapple 76 (-4) Kentillan Laces 47 Adrienne Nugent 37 Brandon Walsh 20 Joey Langdon 18 Bojo Kicksit 17 Iyah Blewitt 14 Completely new faces at the top here with some new guys. Returner: Omar Wright 42 (+1) Reg Mackworthy 41 (+4) None Stormblessed 28 (+2) Shane Weston 23 Damian West 23 (-4) Alex Hayden 23 Matt Smith 20 Antoine Delacour 14 Levon Novel 9 Johnny Rocket 8 DJ Law 4 Denzel Diaz 4 Bradley Westfield 3 King Bronko 2 Alexandre LeClair 2 Kendrick Hendrix 2 Lots of changes here and new guys as returner was still a position that was experimented with a lot early. And that's all the different positions. Let's look at the three different categories and the top guys in each: Awards: Jayce Tuck 340 Isaiah Rashad 200 Chris Orosz 190 Angus Winchester 160 Bubba Nuck 160 Harrif Ernston 110 Erasmo Broadway 90 Jonathon Saint 80 Darlane Farlane 80 Ricky Maddox 80 Josh Garden 80 No surprise to see Tuck all the way at the top. Yearly milestones: Jayce Tuck 73 Josh Garden 66 Angus Winchester 64 Mark Ramrio 63 Vinny Cox 62 Robert Phelps 61 Jonathon Saint 59 Antoine Delacour 59 Omar Wright 57 Harrif Ernston 56 Alex Hayden 55 Bubba Nuck 54 Bailey Cook 54 Dermot Lavelle 53 Mat Akselsen 52 Bradley Westfield 52 Wyatt Fulton 51 JJ Reigns 51 No shock that Jayce Tuck leads this category as well but it really shows his dominance so far. Career milestones: Jayce Tuck 25 Isaiah Rashad 15 Vinny Cox 10 Omar Wright 10 Reg Mackworthy 10 Mark Ramrio 5 Antoine Delacour 5 Harrif Ernston 5 Devin Speed 5 Vikian Marmeladov 5 Shane Weston 5 Alex Hayden 5 These are literally everyone who has already gotten some career milestones. It probably means some of them are too easily achievable but in reality it is hard to balance it all perfectly and these guys have really stood out in some way already. What about regression classes? Here are the rankings for just S2 and S3. RE: Legacy Score - Season 2 - 124715 - 02-26-2022 Wow this is such a great series! I remember the Farlane mania still and I think the rest of your list lines up pretty well with the players I think of from this era. I expect Boss or maybe Armstrong to lead overall, since they'll max out the career milestones and three MVPs will be tough for other non-QB to match. I'd guess Jack will be third for QBs, and then probably a bit of a drop. I'm curious to see where DiMirio can land too, since his 12 pro bowls and 7 positional awards should put him above every offensive player other than some quarterbacks and select few others (Taylor, Hanyadi, Frost/Chan/Ichinose, Nakamura, Brown, maybe some WRs?) with OPOY/MVP awards. On defense, I expect the top four to be Tuck, Lavelle, Berry, and Grithead, but I wouldn't be surprised to see any of them on top. Can't wait to see how this progresses! I do think Boss and Armstrong are good candidates. Same for DiMirio, Tuck, Berry, Lavelle and Grithead to all be great too. I expect maybe some kickers could be high up too. Really curious how this will end. RE: Legacy Score - Season 2 - moonlight - 02-28-2022 Really interested to see where this goes! @JuOSu By the way, do you think Ultimus Bowl Offensive/Defensive Player of the Game is worthy of being on the points list? 20 points ish? https://wiki.sim-football.com/view/Ultimus_Bowl_Player_of_the_Game_Award There's a lot of Hall of Famers who had big Performances in the Ultimus Bowl. There are a couple other things too like Most Outstanding Player. I will think about it, but for now I will stick with what I have just cause I have a system down, might add it once I am done with it all. |
