This is an interesting question to answer. One thing that is always a cool thing for the Outlaws of Arizona in the International Simulation Football League to do is to take advantage of the few players they have that are from the oother side of the world - Australia. So one thing we would love to do is to bring over a piece of merch that is widly used around Australia and brand that up with the Arizona Outlaws in the maroon and cream they use. You might have seen before a hard hat or similar with room for two cans and then straws that you can drink out of. We are going to do something like that but just two cans are not enough. Every time Wendell Sailor throws a touch down pass you have to put another can in your hat. So we need room for six as of now and might even need to design a hat to hold eight. Time will tell.

Following up from last week's prompt, I would clearly get models of the team's stadium and other notable facilities made. Ideally some sort of LEGO or other assembly-based partnership would be great as a way to appeal to both younger and older fans. Plus, it is convenient that the Buccaneers would make for a good construction set. We could also do team-themed sets like having the offense and defense each coming with different ships, so I think that would be a great way of tying into the team's branding and being memorable.
In the more mundane types of merch, of course we'd want all the standard jerseys, hats, etc. I think it would be fun to have a themed set of memorabilia for each season's home games. Something like setting up each season as a pillaging expedition and having a different miniature treasure chest available only at that game would be a fun way of letting fans commemorate their visits. Plus, collectors could make display cases showing off all the chests. Maybe each season could have a larger display case chest showing the schedule too? That would be fun and fairly novel, I'm pretty sure, so I like the idea.
