As he laces up his cleats, Zavier Perkins gets a bit anxious in preparation for his prospect showcase. Tonight is the night Zavier steps onto the field, to compete against other prospects in his draft class, putting it all on the line to prove why he is the best possible candidate in the upcoming DSFL draft. Zavier has been training all offseason at some of the most prestigious training facilities, working with some of the top tier strength coaches, and focusing on his nutrition with his 5 star personal home chef. Zavier’s agent helped him set up all of the top tier essentials needed to succeed in your offseason prior to the DSFL draft. Although some people are doing this for the fame, the money, the notoriety… Zavier is doing this for the passion and the love of the game. It all started at a very young age, playing pickup in the crops behind his parents house in the offseason. Practicing cutting around corn stalks, blocking cattle in the field, tackling the scarecrows, anything he could do to perfect his craft and build his skill sets. All of that talent and growth has culminated to today, the showcase he has been hoping for since he was a kid. While it may not mean much to anyone, it means everything to Zacier. An opportunity to help his family financially, an opportunity to use his skills to play the sport he loves, and most importantly, the ability to follow a passion he has had since he was just a boy.
