*Iosefa Fuamatu-Ma'afala's Notre Dame Expeirence - Beta - 12-03-2022
Iosefa Fuamatu-Ma'afala's college choice was a tough one. He was the second ranked DE in the nation and many colleges were looking at him. On selection day he decided to commit to Notre Dame. He knew they had a good DE program so this was a easy choice
His introduction to the college was great. He got a tour of the facilties and field. As a boy from the nation of Samoa the campus was practically the same size as his village. Other then the fact that no one could pronounce his name it was great.
Iosefa's first game was against Ohio State. He was benched for the first half untill the starting DE had a hamstring injury. Although Iosefa knew he was trained for this moment he was still nervous. Seeing the amount of people that were surrounding him and knowing that his family was watching him from miles away was a lot of pressure. On the first snap he stepped left and then shifted right to through the Tackle off his feat. The QB was just a couple feet away from him and he was getting rushed at. He saw Iosefa as a Full Speed Car and he was only a deer in headlights.

Iosefa's first sack was on his first snap of College Football. Althought at that moment Notre Dame were trailing 10-24 the effort of the defense allowed them to come back and they won 35-31
As his teamated praised him Iosefa knew his time at Notre Dame would be the best moments of his life.
