*Who is REALLY the Fantasy King? - JuOSu - 12-15-2022
No offense to @Swanty with the title! I actually loved your article yesterday. But when I saw the title and clicked it, what I expected was a list of who has won the most TPE with fantasy in ISFL history. So since your article wasn't that.... I decided to go through every claim thread and make a list of TPE gained with fantasy. Simple enough.
S1 did not have fantasy or at least I didn't find the claim for it.
Some users probably changed names at some point without me noticing. I did try to remedy that for anyone I did notice (i.e. Oles and Bayley and AW13 and Hendrix who all changed names at one point).
In total, 547 users have gotten at least 1 TPE with fantasy.
Similar to Swanty, let's look at top ten first:
10th place: @sakrosankt with 53 TPE
Crazy to see someone who joined only in S21 (or at least got their first fantasy points then) already in the top ten, but some really strong finishes for sakrosankt got him here!
9th place: @ckroyal92 with 56 TPE
A more familiar, earlier name in the list, ck has been around for basically ever. Strong showing from him!
8th place: @Mooty99 with 63 TPE
Another later name, first points in S16, but strong showings since then!
6th place (tied): @JKortesi81 with 64 TPE and @Bwestfield with 64 TPE
Two of the original crowd tied in 6th here. Both started very early and both were still getting points fairly recently.
5th place: @speculadora with 66 TPE
Fairly early player started in S6 and then had a strong run, but recently not a ton points added.
4th place: @shadyshoelace with 71 TPE
Only started in S15 but amazing stats since then, very impressive from shady!
3rd place: @Frostbite with 72 TPE
Even more impressive, only started in S18 and honestly, we will get back to frostbite a bit further down, cause really impressive fantasy results.
2nd place: @Oles with 74 TPE
An early candidate once more and I can't believe how close it is at the top here.
And the King of Fantasy: @PigSnout with 76 TPE!!!
Congratulations! Started immediately to get points, but this lead may not hold forever, there are definitely candidates to be the new leader very soon!

This is what I hinted at above with Frostbite. In fact, since first getting points in S18, he has won 12 of 21 seasons! More than half! He also has gotten TPE in 13 straight seasons now and in only one of those did he not get 1st or 2nd. He actually has won his group in 11 of the last 16 seasons. Absolutely staggering!
So honestly, I think you could easily make the argument that Frostbite is the king of fantasy as well!

I might be crazy, but I consider Frost winning his group 12 times to be a bigger accomplishment than Pigsnout earning 4 more TPE than him over their entire time doing fantasy football here.
