Here's the latest update to the Fantasy King article from last season
Only users who participated in a majority of the recorded seasons were counted, so in this instance, 5 out of 9.
Here are the top 10 in reverse order:
#10 - @negs (▲1) - Average percentile of 74.1%
I thought there was a mistake in the data here but it is apparently true: Negs good. Negs has participated in all 9 seasons on record, and despite having not yet cracked a top 10, has a very impressive floor, having finished in the top half of all users every season. S39 was negs's best season yet, finishing 14th.

S32 - 75%
S33 - 89%
S34 - 61%
S35 - 69%
S36 - 77%
S37 - 51%
S38 - 86%
S39 - 91%
#9 - @sakrosankt (-) - Average percentile of 74.2%
Sakro remains in 9th spot despite a below average finish in S39. He has finished in the top 10% of users 4 times, with top 10 finishes in the first two recorded seasons which is helping hold his average up to remain in the overall Top 10.

Much like Sakro, Mooty's average percentile took a hit in S39 but still remains at the same overall spot as last season. Mooty still has just one season without TPE (S34) to his name, but will be hoping to make a move up the Top 10 next season.

#7 - @Frostbite (▼4) - Average percentile of 77.0%
You might remember an incredible stat from last season's edition: Frost had finished top 2 in ALL 8 of his seasons, winning the group 5 times, to be by far the highest fantasy TPE earner since S31. While Frost still leads in terms of total TPE (34), S39 was his first season to not yield TPE, having finished 4th in the highest scoring group of the season. As a result, Frost tumbles to 7th in our rankings and will be hoping S39 is but a speedbump in the quest for #1.

It's starting to feel like the move to IDP has shaken things up amongst the usual leaders. Shady joins Sakro, Mooty and Frost in having one of their lowest ranked seasons in S39. For Shady, it was still a top half finish which continues the streak that stretches across all 9 seasons, but the performance mean Shady drops from 4th to 6th this season.

#5 - @BenDover (-) - Average percentile of 78.5%
Fresh off probably the best 4 season run we will ever see, BenDover appears to be human after all with a 68.1% finish in S39. It was enough to yield a single TPE this season, and also enough to hold on to his Top 5 spot.

Just to illustrate how much the scoring changes have shaken up the status quo, TheCC jumps from 7th to 4th.. despite not participating in S39. CCs consistency in S31-37 earns him the top spot courtesy of the falling prospects of those ahead from last season. If IDP continues to trouble the top performers, CC might find himself right at the top very soon.

#3 - @Z-Whiz (▼2) - Average percentile of 48.6%
Z's early seasons were incredible, so much so that a bottom half finish in S38 wasn't enough to knock him off the top spot. Unfortunately, a second consecutive down year with no TPE in S39 means that Z falls to 3rd overall.

S32 - 99.4% (2nd)
S33 - 96.4% (6th)
S34 - 69.4%
S35 - 81.9%
S36 - 95.7% (7th)
S37 - 83.3%

#2 - @Swanty (▲4) - Average percentile of 80.7%
The average here is propped up heavily by a 1st and 2nd place finish, but a strong performance in S39 pushes Swanty from 6th to 2nd.
