-Condition 1: If S40 has fewer than 6 rounds, then KC receives DAL last round pick of S40. If this condition is exercised, then Condition 2 is voided.
-Condition 2: If Blitzbox earns to a total of 100 TPE (applied + banked, including any pending updates,) by the end of the Ultimini stream, then the DAL 6th round pick becomes the DAL 4th round pick in S40.
