Mandrews McHollywood is not a morning person. Coffee, Water, soda, none of it gets him up in the morning. A warm shower though, that helps give him a kick in the ass to get his day going.

You know the saying "wakey wakey, eggs and bakey"?  It is the prime motivator in Quendyn Quarterstorm's decision to get out of bed.  Breakfast is the best meal of the day, and the best breakfast always includes eggs and bacon.

While John Stark VIII doesn't have any trouble waking up in the mornings, one thing that really gets him raring to go is his morning routine of watching film while eating breakfast.

The main thing that keeps Aqeel going in the mornings is the weight of his responsibilities, he wouldn't be able to live with letting his teammates or his family down.

(I know this isn't going to happen but this is epic you guys should do this every week)

Ryan Lawrence hates waking up and needs 6 alarms to even ponder getting out of bed. Once out, coffee is his best friend, usually having 2 before midday

Carter Knight gets through his morning sluggishly. Knight wakes up at 5am and immediately takes a shower to wake himself up. What really gets him through the mornings though is his daily chocolate milk protein, it is essential to stay fit for football.

Kyle Crane's experience in Harran has made it to where morning routines are nice, but one must be awake and ready to fight at a moments notice, making morning routines a "unnecessary distraction". However, a nice cup of coffee is always appreciated, and a drive to be alive in hopefully the best way possible is always nice motivation

DJ Maclean is not a morning person. After the traditional 3 alarms, he drags himself out for some breakfast and a strong coffee. Once that hits, he is raring to go!

Akinfenwa has learnt from one of his favourite films of all time that the best way to wake up and get out of bed is for your bed to flip you up and down a chute ala Wallace and gromit. That way he's immediately in his basement gym and starts with a workout.
