HIRED: DSFL Simmer, HIRING: Full-time and Backup Streamer(s) - Air Crou - 03-21-2023
Hello! I decided to open applications for the backup streamer position and for a second DSFL simmer. Nobody is stepping down as of yet, but for one, backup streamers are always needed, because there is so much to do in terms of games, especially with the off-season having the WFC every other season and the Pro Bowl being a seasonal event, as well as splitting the DSFL simming responsibilities to two people, to evenly distribute an already heavy workload.
Hired: DSFL Simmer - $14,000,000 base salary
Responsibilities
- Simming is done Monday nights or Wednesday nights at a time that is good for both you and the DSFL Sim Head. You get to choose the day you sim, in agreement with the other DSFL simmer. In order to make sure that the doubleheaders are split evenly, the DSFL schedule will be modified so that one week you will have a doubleheader on your day, and the following week the doubleheader will be on the other simmer's day.
- Must be able to stream to discord at reasonable quality to ensure supervision by DSFL Sim Head
- Keep results confidential

Full-time Streamer (2) - $5,000,000 base salary plus $1,500,000 per stream done
Backup Streamer - $3,000,000 base salary plus $2,500,000 per stream done
Responsibilities
- Record and upload ISFL games by at least 6:00 PM Eastern on any of Monday, Wednesday, or Friday as needed
- Insert the graphics made by the Stream GFX Team
- Assist with off-season events like WFC and Pro Bowl
- Keep results confidential

As a part of the work done, you will potentially be privy to results ahead of time and therefore will receive sim team mode for ISFL weekly and playoff predictions during your tenure on the team.
