So I've noticed that the SBA has weekly pools where people can bet on games that will be simulated in the upcoming week. Why doesn't the NSFL have that?
For example:
Baltimore Hawks
@ Yellowknife Wraiths 
/ (-6.5)Colorado Yeti
@ Philadelphia Liberty 
/ Pick 'EmLas Vegas Legion
@ Arizona Outlaws 
/ (-24.5)Orange County Otters
@ San Jose Sabercats 
/ (-5.5)Basically, how this works is you bet with one team. If you pick the underdog successfully, you automatically take home double what you bet. If you pick a pick 'em correctly, you automatically take home 2x of what you bet. If you pick a favorite, the point differential must be greater than the line for you to win (In this scenario, if the Outlaws beat the Legion by 25, if you bet on the Outlaws you'd get 2x but if they scored 24 you'd lose your money). It may seem complicated at first, but it's a fun way to make some money (and lose some!). I've taken the idea from the SBA.

I like the idea of aspiring bookies being able to set odds and openly take bets on both sides of those odds, adjusting the line as they see fit depending on the volume to bets on either side.

We already have a shit load of stuff going on in the league on top of the regular simulation, we don't want to water down the value of the real games.

Noble has a great point though, we have so much going on outside of the regular sims.

Yeah actually ELO makes that very easy, id just the formula I am using anyway.

I mean i think this adds to games, gets more people interested in them possibly
