Rookie Mentors hiring - ZootTX - 05-23-2023
The Rookie Mentor team is looking to add a few new Mentors to help make the league a welcoming place for rookies. This is an extremely public facing and important position as new users make their way into the league.
Job duties include:
Approving new players
Processing DSFL waivers
Helping rookies with questions about player creation, updating, and any other questions
Other tasks as they come up
Preferred skills:
Great communicator
Positive and approachable
A good understanding of how to update your player, as those are probably the most common questions asked by rookies
Available on discord, especially in the ISFL Rookie Discord
Knowledge of ISFL rulebook
Previous RM experience a plus

DSFL GMs are not allowed to hold RM positions. Everyone else is welcome to apply, however preference will be given to non-GMs (ISFL). Pay is $6M a season.
