S44 ISFL HO Changes - Swanty - 09-15-2023
Hi ISFLers! This offseason sees a fair few changes for the personnel in ISFL HO, so wanted to make a separate post to run through them.
First, we say goodbye to long-time HO member @firstfray and intern @Chicken Lips who are both moving on to taking up GM roles. CL has been a fantastic contributor in his season as an intern with us, and firstfray has been an incredible and valuable presence in HO over the last 6 months plus, taking an active role in pretty much everything that's come up in that time. Thank you both for all your work and best of luck with the new roles!
Next, I'm delighted to say that both @slate and @Thor are stepping up to join ISFL HO full-time. Both of them have been breaths of fresh air with the amount of effort they've put in so far and I'm sure the majority of you have already seen the results of that one way or another. Deciding to promote to full-time was definitely one of the easier decisions HO has had to make in recent times!
And lastly, I will be taking my leave once again from Head Office in the next few weeks, with @DarknessRising (not sure if you've heard of him) graciously taking up the ISFL commissioner role. Not only does Darkness have more ISFL HO experience than anyone in league history, but he's a natural at all the things required to lead HO and continue to make the league better. Darkness has been one of the leaders of the league for literally years now and I have no doubt the ISFL will be in great hands with Darkness as its commissioner.
It's been an absolute pleasure and an honor to have been the ISFL commish and I thank you all for helping make this league what it is today.

Swanty, you were brilliant, not only as a stalwart teammate in the Crash, but as a commish first and foremost. You will be missed!
However, I can't think of anyone better to step up for the job than Darkness! Congratulations!
