HIRING: Recruitment Team - slate - 11-19-2023
The Recruitment Team is hiring for 2-3 positions to support the team across many functions! Pay will be $6M/season, with opportunity to earn bonuses for especially valuable contributions.
The team handles recruitment activities across Reddit, Discord, and other social media sites to advertise the league and attract new users who sustain activity beyond player creation.
A strong candidate will:
* Have working knowledge of the ISFL onboarding process
* Be enthusiastic about bringing in new users to the league
* Have familiarity with at least some sports related or gaming subreddits, Discord servers, or other social media sites; experience with posting and/or advertising on these sites is a large plus
* Have ideas on new methods for recruitment and/or be curious about how to improve upon existing methods
The recruitment team position will engage with some or all of the following work:
* Communications with Subreddit/Discord and other social media moderation teams to gain approval for recruiting activities
* Assessing the success of existing recruitment activities and making evidence-based recommendations for improvements
* Brainstorming and implementing new recruitment activities
