Fire, Agriculture, Mathematics. Since the dawn of time humans have been conquering the world around them. Molding the Earth to their will, achieving feats and battling new challenges. W have seen the Ultimus venture to the edges of the populated world. Now it is time for the ISFL to take on their next challenge, Mount Everest.

Tales of the mountain have led people from across the globe to summit this behemoth, some successful some not so much. This mountain creates champions, separates those that want to from those that can. Exactly what the ISFL Ultimus does. We are a league of hopefuls but only one can win. I can’t think of a better location to test the strength and willpower of teams.

Located 17,598 feet above sea level the Mount Everest Base Camp sets the perfect backdrop to a battle of champions. Flanked by snow capped mountains the ASFC will battle it out with the NSFC to determine who has it and who doesn’t. While lacking the traditional infrastructure to host such an event, the ISFL commission has chosen the route of environmental conservation. The ISFL will partner will all stream providers to bring the event to as many households as possible. Meanwhile the proceeds from the event will go towards restoration of the mountain. Constant adventure based tourism has led to an increase in trash littered across the mountain top. The ISFL will sponsor trained groups of mountain climbers to scale Mount Everest and collect trash on their journey. Of course they’ll plant a flag at the top, once and for all claiming ISFL superiority over other leagues.

The chance to host the Ultimus at Mount Everest Base Camp is a win for the league and win for environmental preservation.

Sure a team could win here, but could they win on a cold and rainy night in Stoke?
