*Some thoughts about the ISFL draft - bechtudo - 01-21-2024

The S46 ISFL draft is in the books and here are some thoughts about the draft:
The first overall pick from the Yellowknife Wraiths was for WR Silence Suzuka coming from the Dallas Birddogs.
There were a total of 40 picks and offense was dominant this time around. 19 offense picks and 17 defense picks along with 4 times a KP.
The offense position with the most picks was RB with a total of 9. The highest RB picked was on #4 from the Chicago Butlers and the last RB picked was on position 37 from the Baltimore Hawks. Cape Town picked RBs with back-to-back picks in round 2 on #18 + #19.
The second most position on offense was WR with 4. Three of the four picks have been in the top 7.
The Baltimore Hawks had only one pick this draft and this was #37 of 40 where they took RB Cody Shredder from the Bondi Beach Buccaneers.
On defense we had 16 of the 40 picks and position S had the most with 6. The highest S was picked on # 6 from the New York Silverbacks where the chose Drake Wane from the Minnesota Grey Ducks. Position LB was picked 4 times and two of these picks were in the top 8.
There was one team with only one pick this draft, the Baltimore Hawks picked on #37 RB Cody Shredder from the Bondi Beach Buccaneers.
Mister Irrelevant was on #40 CB Earnest Splash picked from the Honolulu Hahalua coming from the Tijuana Luchadores.
And last but not least the player picked with the longest name was DE D'Jasper Probincrux IV chosen from the Berlin Fire Salamanders coming from the Dallas Birddogs.  Wink
