To put it plainly TPE Theft is bad, and a gross overreach by the powers that be to try and maintain control over the ISFL masses. By artificially decreasing our lifespans and forcing us to be a cog in the machine that is the ISFL, HO is able to ensure that the hard earned TPE dreams of our youth are never realized.
Regression as a whole is a terrible concept and only serves to force us to learn how to do simple math properly, while also ruining the twilight years of many of our careers. Oh, you are so close to setting a new franchise or league record, but you are in your 9th-12th seasons? Congrats on being nothing more than an expensive roster spot that can't be easily filled, or being so low on TPE that a fresh-faced rookie can easily surpass you and ruin your chances of breaking that record and being immortalized in the Halls of the greatest to ever play in the ISFL!
Now, does TPE Theft affect each team the same? I'd argue that it doesn't! HO clearly has an agenda to push and "regression" is a just a tool used by them to keep their favorites at the top and their redheaded step-children at the bottom.
TPE THEFT IS BAD! DON'T LET THEM TELL YOU OTHERWISE!
