I figured out what was wrong with the AWS S3 instance and I think I've properly solved it to the point that I'm not worried about it. I'm glad the downtime was extremely minimal as I experimented with the cost cutting measures and hopefully this continues.
I've also made improvements to the Records lookup:

All of the record pages that were formerly separate pages are now combined into one, hopefully-easy-to-use page! This now also includes lookups for statistics by position - which I must thank @Crunk for providing me his data on the old sim positions. (Oh also now you can look up who has played the most Games too)
I still have goals on how to improve WolfieBot (and possibly even reduce costs!) and it continues to be a great way for me to learn programming and data wrangling. WolfieBot shall continue to fetch for the future!
