Moderator: "Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us today for this special pre-draft press conference. We are thrilled to have with us one of the most highly anticipated prospects of this year's  draft, quarterback Jack Cannon from the University of Texas. Jack, thank you for being here."

Jack Cannon: "Thank you for having me. It's an exciting time, and I'm glad to be here."

Moderator: "Let's dive right in. Jack, you've had an incredible college career, culminating in an undefeated senior season, a Heisman Trophy, and a national championship. How does it feel to be on the verge of starting your professional career?"

Jack Cannon: "It's surreal, honestly. Growing up in Whitehouse, Texas, I always dreamed of playing in the ISFL. To be this close to that dream becoming a reality is amazing. I've worked really hard to get here, and I'm grateful for all the support from my family, coaches, and teammates along the way."

Reporter 1: "Jack, you mentioned your family. Can you talk a bit about how they've influenced your journey?"

Jack Cannon: "Absolutely. My family has been my rock. My dad, Jim, was a baseball pitcher, and my mom, Jenny, ran track in college. They instilled in me a strong work ethic and the importance of dedication and perseverance. My younger siblings, Jessie and Jimmy, look up to me, and their support means everything. They've kept me grounded and motivated."

Reporter 2: "Jack, you've often mentioned Patrick Mahomes as an inspiration. How has his career influenced your approach to the game?"

Jack Cannon: "Patrick Mahomes is a phenomenal player. Watching him growing up, I admired his ability to make plays, his leadership, and his poise under pressure. I've tried to model my game after his in many ways, but also develop my own style. His success has shown me that anything is possible with hard work and the right mindset."

Reporter 3: "Jack, at Texas, you didn't play as a freshman but then had an outstanding career starting from your sophomore year. How did that experience shape you as a player?"

Jack Cannon: "Sitting out my freshman year was tough, but it was a blessing in disguise. It gave me a chance to learn the game at a deeper level, understand the playbook, and study the mental aspect of being a quarterback. When I got my chance to start as a sophomore, I was ready. I think that time on the bench made me a more well-rounded and prepared player."

Reporter 4: "You had a record-breaking senior season with over 6000 passing yards and 60 touchdowns. What was the key to your success that year?"

Jack Cannon: "It was a combination of things. First, we had an incredible team and coaching staff. Everyone was committed to our goal, and we worked tirelessly to achieve it. Personally, I focused on improving every aspect of my game, from my footwork to my decision-making. We had a great offensive line that protected me and talented receivers who made plays. It was truly a team effort."

Reporter 5: "Jack, as you prepare for the ISFL, what do you think will be the biggest challenge transitioning from college to professional football?"

Jack Cannon: "The speed and complexity of the game are definitely going to be the biggest challenges. The ISFL is a whole different level, and I'll need to adjust quickly. But I believe my time at Texas has prepared me well. I'm ready to put in the work, learn from my coaches and teammates, and continue to improve every day."

Reporter 6: "What aspects of your game do you feel are your strengths, and what areas are you looking to improve?"

Jack Cannon: "I think my strengths are my ability to read defenses, make quick decisions, and my down-field aggression. I pride myself on being a leader on and off the field. As for areas to improve, there's always room to get better in every aspect. I'm focusing on getting stronger, improving my mobility, and refining my mechanics. I'm excited to continue growing as a player."

Reporter 7: "Jack, in addition to your football career, we know you have a passion for video games and building computers. How do those hobbies fit into your life as an athlete?"

Jack Cannon: "Those hobbies are a great way for me to relax and unwind. Playing video games is a fun escape, and building computers allows me to engage my mind in a different way. It's important to have balance, and these activities help me stay mentally sharp and give me a break from the intensity of football."

Reporter 8: "With the draft approaching, have you had any memorable interactions with ISFL teams during the pre-draft process?"

Jack Cannon: "I've had some great conversations with a number of teams. It's been an exciting process, getting to know the coaches and their systems. Every team has been welcoming, and it's been interesting to learn about different philosophies and approaches to the game. I'm looking forward to seeing where I'll end up."

Moderator: "Jack, what would it mean to you to be selected in the first round of the ISFL Draft?"

Jack Cannon: "It would be a dream come true. Being selected in the first round is a huge honor and validation of all the hard work I've put in over the years. But regardless of when I'm picked, I'm just excited for the opportunity to play at the next level and contribute to a team."

Reporter 9: "What message do you have for the fans who have supported you throughout your college career and are eagerly awaiting your ISFL journey?"

Jack Cannon: "I want to thank all the fans for their incredible support. Your energy and encouragement have meant the world to me. I'm excited to take this next step and make you proud at the next level. I'll continue to give my all, both on and off the field, and I can't wait to see where this journey takes us."

Moderator: "Thank you, Jack. We're all excited to see where you'll go in the draft and follow your career in the ISFL. Best of luck to you."

Jack Cannon: "Thank you so much. I'm looking forward to it. Buckle up, because the ISFL and Jack Cannon are a match made in football heaven. Can't wait to get started."
