hello
am making draft cards rn for draft (no leek!!) and
osaka claim their primary color is "Osaka Blue"
however to my eye it looks purple
here is hex code: #1C3994
if you know how to read hex codes you can tell that there is very little red (1C), some green??? (39), and a good amount of blue (94), lending credence to osaka's claim it is blue
but it LOOKS purple
so in my search for an answer, i went to its colornames.org page and
