*BREAKING DOWN THE BOX SCORE: BBB Weeks 1-4 - midknight - 09-23-2024 BREAKING DOWN THE BOX SCORE: Ok so I’ve been really behind on this, so I’m just going to breakdown Bondi’s team stats as a whole. While researching this, I found that I couldn’t find accurate target counts on the stats page so it’ll just have catches/catches + drops for receiving statistics. Quarterback: Confurius DeThwilson - 111/184, 60.3%, 1155 yards, 10 TD and 2 INTs, 9 sacks taken, 92.1 quarterback rating Our QB of the future, looking solid as ever. He leads the league in completed passes and is top 3 in pass completion percentage. While only being league average in passing yards, he is tied for third in touchdowns, and tied for second in least interceptions. He also has a top four quarterback rating, with a huge gap from to the next player. While probably not the best quarterback in the league this season, Conf is an amazing presence in the locker room and fulfills the game manager role we require from him for this season. Running Back: Sevrin Quinn - Rushing - 93 carries for 314 yards, 3.4 YPC and 3 TDs Recieving - 5/8 for 35 yards The Man. The Myth. The Developmental Sim Football League Season 49 Most Dedicated Member. My GOAT Sevrin Quinn has been spectacular when called upon, even with our terrible offensive line. He has been a reliable safety valve for Confurious, and has racked up the 6th most yards across the DSFL, leading Bondi to the second best run game across the whole conference. While not spectacularly efficient, he has risen to the occasion and has punched in 3 touchdowns, and has been a key factor of Bondi’s spectacular offense. Wide Recievers: Golden Ericksen - 35/37 for 397 yards and 5 TDs Travis Novak - 26/29 for 372 yards and 3 TDs Jamal Slick Jr. - 13/15 for 148 yards and 1 TD Our wide receivers have been amazing this year. With 2 capped receivers excellence is expected, but Golden “Arroz” Ericksen has had 99.25 yards per game and 1.25 touchdowns per game, and been a target monster with 35 receptions. When defenses sell out to cover Arroz, it just leaves everything open for our other monster, Travis Novak who has had a strong 93 yards per game and 0.75 touchdowns per game. The rookie Jamal Slick Jr. is nothing to cough at either, already racking up around 150 yards and a touchdown on around 15 targets. Tight Ends: Bug Jones: Recieving - 19/20 for 129 yards and 1 TD Blocking - 10 pancakes, 0 sacks allowed Rocket Toss: Receiving - 13/14 for 74 yards Blocking - 3 pancakes, 0 sacks allowed Both Rookies, these Tight Ends have been nothing to scoff at. Though not classic target earners, both have been efficient even as splitting time, with Bug Jones as our tight end 1A and Rocket Toss coming in as a close 1B. Both have been spectacular for rookies, and although theirs is a position with few stats, their impact has been felt on the team. Blocking: On the OL, we have a whole lot of bots, and i don’t really think it’s worth it to go over all of the bot stats, but they have continued to be a big weakness, allowing 9 sacks over 4 games. While this is a remarkable improvement over last season, these types of performances still leave a lot to be desired from the professionals protecting the future of our franchise. Defense: Usually here I would just do team stats and note out who did good, however as this is going over the entire team, I’ll do stats for each player. We have 1 cornerback, 2 linebackers, and 2 safeties on our team, and I’ll group them into sections of defensive backs and linebackers. Defensive backs: Corner backs: (This is just DC here, he’s so special he gets a section to himself haha) David Corrigan - 25 Tackles, 9 pass deflections, and 2 interceptions DC has been the only active cornerback on the roster, and one of 3 defensive backs, and has been lockdown, carrying Bondi to having an average pass defense instead of a terrible one. Not much more can be asked from him other than being a lockdown corner, in which he fulfills his role to an excellent degree. Safeties: Taonga Kofi (That’s me!) - 24 Tackles, 1 forced fumble and 1 fumble recovered, and 1 pass deflection. Played as more of linebacker rather than a traditional two high safety, Taonga has been instrumental in securing the second level as we blitz with the linebackers. While not a major stat padder, he has been key in securing our top of the league run defense, and has helped contribute to the pass game when necessary. Leroy Jenkins - 22 Tackles, 2 forced fumbles and 1 fumble recovered, 7 pass deflections, and 1 interception. As our resident pass heavy safety, Leroy has been key to our success this season, recovering 2 turnovers and helping guard opposing wide receivers. Regardless of the fact that safety is a position without many stats, Leroy’s presence has been wide felt across the league. Linebackers: Luna Moon - 17 Tackles, 2 Tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 3 pass deflections, and 1 interception Roy Rivers - 31 Tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 1 forced fumble, 4 sacks, and 1 safety These two have been the heartbeat of our defense, leading us to the best run defense across the entire league. Luna Moon, the veteran has been key in plugging up the middle and helping the standout rookie Roy Rivers. Seriously, this rookie has been on fire, with 31 tackles (top four), 3 tackles for loss (9th in league), and 4 sacks (tied for 3rd in league). I just want to reiterate that last part. Roy has been averaging a sack a game. For a rookie, Roy has been insane and definitely one of the most important beating hearts of our defense. Kicking and Punting: Jack Wolf - Kicking - 12/12 for extra points, 8/10 for field goals with 1/2 from 20-29, 2/2 from 30-39, 4/4 from 40-49, and 1/2 from 50+, with a longest field goal of 52 yards Punting - 22 punts for 1023 yards, 46.5 average yards per punt and 9 punts inside 20, with a longest punt of 62 yards. Wolf has been lockdown for us and an amazing safety blanket to rely on once within a reasonable distance as a kicker, without a single missed extra point and having the second highest field goal % from any kicker with at least 10 field goal attempts. As a punter, Wolf has been the best in the league, with him being Tied for best average yards per punt 3rd most punts 2nd highest punt yards (behind 1 by 2 yards) Tied for second most punts inside the 20 The record holder for the longest punt this season He has been simply spectacular and there isn’t much I could ask for (except 100% field goal percentage please haha). FINAL SUMMARY: WE ARE ALL AMAZING, 3-1 AND ULTIMINI BOUND LET’S GO BUCCS!!! |
