Now that the OL position is nearly useless, we will see about 20 - 30 active/semi-active members switch positions, and many of those will get shown the bench.
We should put in another team or two.

We still can't field 8 competitive teams. What do expect with 10-12?

It will happen in time and the OL change will help us get there sooner, but it's still gonna be some time. No need to rush it.

I think more teams would help. Some people on Arizona would spread out more realizing that they cant monopolize as much. harder to get a constant flow of good draft picks when more teams are picking. More people can be positions they want to be instead of have to be.

The core problem is the messed-up minimum contract situation. The solution I suggested would help with parity, but it was not brought up in HO, afaict. This would also help with parity by making a higher chance that some of Arizona's stars would be forced to disband.

What about the hardworking actives who can't start or play very niche roles? A few inactives won't kill you, it's not like you're starting bots.
