*Preseason Champs. four years running - iamslm22 - 11-04-2017

The Baltimore Hawks have finished up the S 4 pre season with a perfect record of four wins and zero losses. This has actually turned into an annual tradition for the Hawks. For some reason the Hawks have consistently dominated the pre season. Over four seasons in the NSFL, with 16 total pre season games the Baltimore Hawks have had an insane 14 wins with just 2 losses. Today we're gonna look at Baltimore's four pre season wins this year and see what they did and how they won.

Hawks beat Liberty 20 - 10 in Baltimore

Game 1 was arguably the least impressive win the Hawks have had this pre season. The Liberty are no where near the team they will be in the regular season. Kevin Cushing was not updated, Micah Hendrix was an O Lineman and they didn't have their OL bots yet. That being said the Hawks did beat their biggest division rival heading into this season. Newly switched Running Back Owen Taylor did damage on the ground running for over 100 yards and averaging four yards per carry. The Sex Bot OL of Baltimore completely stopped the Philly Pass Rush as Avon Blocksdale had a mediocre start to his passing career with 197 yards, two TDs and a pick. He did at least spread the ball around with his top three targets getting over 50 yards, his full back, Dieter Koch, having 5 receptions and slot wide out Brian Wheat with a TD.

Hawks win in San Jose against the Sabercats 28-22

Game 2 was a much more impressive game for the Hawks. These Sabercats were at full strength and more importantly their running back (Jordan Yates) was jacked up at a full 100 pounds more than he should have been. Nonetheless San Jose did not stick to their ground game as Chris Oroza threw an astounding 50 times and had three interceptions. Vincent Valentine, Scrub Kyubee and James Wright each had an interception. On the offensive side of the ball the Hawks had some very strong performances. Owen Taylor had a pair of touchdowns with 93 yards on the ground, and Avon Blocksdale had an incredible game. Avon was efficient throwing for over 250 yards and two TDs with no interceptions. Stormblessed was the favorite receiver for Avon in this one, as he went for two touchdowns.

Hawks win against the Otters as they host Orange County and win 34-20

Game 3 of the preseason was another good win for the Hawks, but OC was not at full strength. OC did not have their OL switched yet and had bots playing at a few positions. There were still many positives for this Hawks team. Blocksdale firmly out dueled Boss. Blocksdale and Boss had the same amount of pass attempts but Blocksdale had 100 more yards and an extra TD. Trey Willie had an astounding 132 yards and a touchdown as a receiver. On the defensive side Ricardo Sandoval had three sacks and the team had 8 sacks total.

Hawks Dominante the Legion in Las Vegas 38-19

Welcome to the Owen Taylor show! The NSFL record for rushing touchdowns is 3 set by Erlich Burnsman last year. Owen Taylor in this game had an incredible five rushing touchdowns. Another game and another strong performance from Taylor. His switch has been an incredible success. Avon Blocksdale has a rough day (he threw more Touchdowns to the Legion than he did to the Hawks) but this was not close. The Hawks D dominated the Legion. Sandoval had another great game with 8 tackles and two sacks, and Baltimore's secondary haunted new QB Wallace Stone. Antoine Delacour, Darnell Turner and Scrub Kyubee all had interceptions.

Overall it was a great success in the preseason for the Hawks.
