This is a repeat announcement, but somehow the rule never made it officially into the books.
PTs cannot be submitted as gfx/articles, too.
We can't retroactively deduct TPE, and we're not going to punish those that have exploited this oversight, but with it present in the rulebook now, we expect this to end, as you will no longer be receiving credit for either if you try.
- A user may not use a graphic/article for a media submission AND a PT. If a user is found to have broken this rule they will not receive any media payout or TPE from the point task.

Lol and here I've been working with the players and bank to just debit the payment when the payment happens and not accepting before.
