Ever since the Logan Noble scandal forced the Yeti to scramble for a new QB, the Colorado GMs and higher ups have stated that Pierno was their QB of the future and they would bring him along, no matter how slowly it took. So you can imagine the surprised everyone was when it was revealed a few days ago that the Yeti had decided to replace Pierno with another QB instead from inside their own team.
This was a huge shock not only because of how the Yeti had professed Pierno to be their QB of the future, but also because they had stated that this year would be for tanking, as this was supposed to be one of the best drafts in quite some time.
Pierno was understandably miffed, as he had stated there was not much communication between him and the GMs, and that he had wished they would have kept him informed about the changes.
Recent developments have stated that the Yeti have decided to hold off on the changes for now, but it seems the damage of Piernos trust of the Yeti has already been done.
Where will the Yeti go from here?
