Pro bowl change ideas - tlk742 - 11-16-2017

Let me start off by saying that I'm not sure if this can be done, but if it can, great, here's my crazy ideas.

1) Do the pro bowl the week before the ultimus, and have it so the two championship teams from the ASFC and NSFC don't go. Why? because we tend to know that the top teams are there for a reason, so let the teams without the winningest records and the playoff win have the ability to showcase their players' talents. You get the ultimus game or the probowl game, not both.

2) get rid of divisions in the pro-bowl. Don't be surprised but Mayran Jackson had a quietly good s3. You'd never know it though. Although he only notched 3 TDs, Jackson had the fourth highest yardage in the league among WRs. The craziest thing wasn't that he had a few breakaways, he was consistently putting up top 7 numbers in every section beyond touchdown. In fact, by numbers Jackson outperformed Trey Willie in yards, receptions, and YPC, tying him in touchdowns, and mind you, the post season stats . He beat Cook in all but touchdowns. But both those players got in to the pro-bowl simply by being in the NSFC rather than the communal pool, and thus snubs like Jackson happen.

But by doing this you're eliminating a quarter of the league. Besides, a player shouldn't be punished just because they're on a good team.

If you want to showcase the players not in the playoffs, maybe we could do a consolation bracket for teams that didn't make it.

Yea for some reason the Otters always beat us. We've only beat them once since I've been here. We do have a winning record in the regular season v the outlaws :cigar: :cigar: :cigar:
