Franklin Harris Jr. enters the Arizona Outlaws' media room, wearing a classic black suit with a dark red, team themed tie, paired with a hat that makes most in the room go, "Man, thats a nice hat... Could I pull off that hat? Proba... Well maybe not." He approaches the stand and positions himself in front of the microphone
"Good Evening. First, I would like to thank the Arizona Outlaws organization for bringing me into the league, and shaping me into the player I am today. Without them, I would not have a couple of awards to my name and a ring to show that I am one of the few who can call themselves a champion."
He shows off his Ultimus Ring and motions to it subtly, then continues,
"But with that said, I believe it is best for myself and my future to entertain offers outside of Arizona. I will be declining my player option and will be entering Free Agency."
Harris then removes his hat and sets in on the podium, making the reporters reflect again upon their ability to pull of the classy style that he has.
"I suppose I would like to make a sort of quick highlight reel as to why the General Managers and Owners out there should take this announcement into consideration. First, I am damn fast.* Now, I know that can be said about many of the guys out there, but I'm up there."
*My speed will be at 97 once I decide to get my weekly update in.
"Secondly, my work ethic is second to none.* I will get you the most for your money, and with me being only a second year talent, 'the most' is pretty high"
*I make sigs, so I can buy equipment and weekly training on a consistent basis. Also, I do about 76% of the PT's and I'm sure that will become better now that I'm post finals.
"Look, the bottom line is, if you need someone who can fit in anywhere in your secondary, you won't find a better option on the market. I'm hoping to find a place that knows what they're doing and has a coaching staff that can get the best out of me. So, with all that being said, I look forward to the future. That is all."
*Extra side note - I still have a position change available if that is something that might interest you, especially with my 97 speed, I think it could be a smooth transition should that be the path that is decided on.

On behalf of the Arizona Outlaws we thank Franklin for two great years and an Ultimus Cup. He will be missed by our organization, city, and fans.
Whoever he decides to sign with will be lucky to have him. On that note, we're officially waiving the wait period and teams have our blessing to talk to Franklin effective immediately.
