*Post Draft (First) presser - DestaDanger - 04-04-2018

Well, I figure there's no better time to hold my first press conference. Fresh out of the draft and looking forward. Ask away and I will tell all

Q: What do you see your role being on the Yeti this year?

A: I'm just trying to come in and make an immediate impact. I can play all over the field whether its Corner, nickel, or safety. I'm just going to put myself in a position that allows me to be used by my DC in whichever way helps the gameplan for the week. I also see myself excelling in various aspects of the game. I'm not a pretty boy corner. I'll help stop the run on 3rd and short just as well as I'd blanket a receiver on 3rd and long. I want to come in and contribute on every play.

Q: Who are you most excited to play with?

A: Well I have one of the best defenders on the other side of the field to team up with. Mr. No Bly Zone himself. I'm honestly very excited to soak up all the knowledge I can from him and hopefully add some of his skill sets to my game.

Q: What team are you most excited to play against?

A: The otters seems to be a fun team to take on. You know the saying. To be the best, you have to beat the best. Speaking of best, I also want to make it known to them that they didnt draft the best Corner in my class. Now they get to play against the best defensive playmaker that came out of this draft.

Q: Do you think it will be hard to stay motivated on a rebuilding team? How do you plan on keeping yourself committed?

A: Hard to stay motivated? The past season alone is motivation. We rookies are hungry to turn this all around. This draft class is the turning point. We have studs all over the field. We have experience. We have great leadership. We have the foundation championships are built on. This is our redemption tour. It may take a few seasons but everyone will know that this is the season it all turned around. That's all the motivation I need.
