[div align=\\\"center\\\"]The Complete Player Rankings of NSFL Season 7[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Rankings, 20 – 11 [/div]

20. Lavelle, D. - CB - YKW ----- 13.0412643032268
Mr. Kerrygold himself, or is Dairygold? Either is probably equally as good as the other. This right here is the man who cheated his way to being the best S1 player in the league, by artificially delaying his draft status to season 2. Either way, Dermot has been one of the best players in the league since inception and a top 3 earner overall. This past season he was able to record a spectacular seven interceptions with sixteen pass deflections to iron down his top 25 ranking. However it was his prowess as a returner, with two return touchdowns that really pushed him into the top 20. Dermot had also put some work in at receiver in S7. There might not be a more versatile athlete in the NSFL at the moment.
19. Mills, B. - LB - NOLA ----- 13.133369221617
Brian Mills was the top draft pick by the emergent Second Line in their first ever draft since rebranding, and I really feel like Mills represents that shift in vision and potential. @bovovovo really hit a homerun with Mills and the S6 draft in general. Mills was the field general for the strong NOLA D, collecting 93 tackles, forcing one fumble, recovering two of them, recording twelve sacks and eleven pass deflections. Mills was the perfect dynamic backer that the Second Line needed. I expect him to be even better in S8.
18. Kennedy, E. - WR - YKW ----- 13.2486096765113
If most of you don’t know, Kennedy is probably the steal of all drafts now and in the foreseeable future. He was drafted in the 12th round of the S2 draft, 93rd overall and is now one of the top players in the entire league, earning TPE with the best of them. It all culminated in his play last season, his first as a true WR, where he was a key component to the best offense in the league. Kennedy was a deep threat in the truest sense of the word, averaging 19.5 yards per catch, second best in the league, and scoring seven total touchdowns. He was also third best in the league with 1343 yards, and added value to the team as a kick returner. Kennedy will hope to build off the success in S8.
17. Taylor, O. - RB - BAL ----- 13.387040323689
I would classify Owen Taylor as the truest representation of a running back in the NSFL. The Hawks aren’t afraid to lean on his legs, and he isn’t afraid to deliver. This S2 running back might be the best of an extremely strong class of offensive threats. He led the league with 304 carries and still maintained a healthy 4.3 YPC, fourth in the league for running backs, culminating in a league demolishing 1306 yards and strong eight touchdowns. Owen has been the consensus best running back for the past two seasons, and added some receiving versatility this season. He brought 61 catches for 442 yards and four touchdowns, allowing him to almost reach the 2000 yard mark. With a revamped Hawks OL I expect even more out of Taylor this season.
16. Ridley, W. - LB - YKW ----- 13.6064184211011
A member of the league that wasn’t always greatly talked about but has been a consistent performer for several seasons. Much like Brian Mills, Ridley was an amazing versatile linebacker for the Wraiths second ranked defense. He had 83 tackles, two TFLs, one forced fumble, fourteen sacks, one interception, and two pass deflections. He’s an inactive now but with his S3 designation he should still be formidable until S10.
15. Sharpei, V. - LB - NOLA ----- 13.7658720015499
Acquired by the Second Line from San Jose just before the deadline, Sharpei had another successful season leading the league in tackles. Sharpei’s season was another for the ages as he led the league with 140 tackles, 14 more than the closest contender. He was also tied for third among linebackers with four TFLs. Two forced fumbles was extremely impressive and he was tied for fifth among linebackers with fourteen sacks. Adding in one interception with seven pass deflections doesn’t hurt. It also goes to show his complete versatility as a run stopper, game breaker, and coverage man. Sharpei has made a good go of his transition from OL, and should continue to excel.
14. Roenick, A. - LB - BAL ----- 13.8747245342792
As a second year player Roenick has really made his mark on the league as one of its best linebackers. Roenick led a fairly strong Baltimore defense, and was second in the league with 126 tackles, adding three TFLs, one forced fumble and recovery, and thirteen sacks. His importance to a stronger overall unit than Sharpei’s time with SJS and NOLA are what gives him the slight nod over his older counterpart. That’s not taking away anything from Roenick as I expect him to be a linebacker of the year recipient at some point in his career.
13. Tweed, B. - LB - YKW ----- 14.0353047385511
Tweed came to the Wraiths in a blockbuster trade before the S7 draft. An insane two first rounders, and one second rounder were traded for the running back who would convert to linebacker. If the first season in the north was any indication, he’s been worth every pick. Tweed was the leader of the defense from the start with 83 tackles, two TFLs, one forced fumble and recovery, eighteen sacks and nine pass deflections. His eighteen sacks were second most for a linebacker. Tweed proved himself capable of playing on either side of the field as he was always one of the more talented running backs in the league, and now is a top three linebacker. Tweed is hungry for more though and ready to put the league on notice in S8.
12. Wright Jr, G. - DE - OCO ----- 14.0826914934
Wright Jr. the former TE and current DE for the Otters has had a strong but low key career in the NSFL. He was always atop the TE leaderboards in his first few seasons, and since has been a stalwart on the line. For a defensive end his stats are particularly impressive with 35 tackles one forced fumble, seven sacks, a safety, and thirteen TFLs. In fact Wright Jr. led the league in TFLs by four, and second in the league in sacks. Quite the season, will he be able to be effective past regression though?
11. Wozy, F. - DE - OCO ----- 14.1581344835432
Just left outside the top ten, the Wozmeister was a superstar in his lone season for the Otters. However unlike Kevin Durant his season didn’t end in a championship. There are some justices in this cruel world of next chapters. Frankly though Wozy was the other end of a strong pair of bookends, on easily the best defense in the league on a per drive basis. His 36 tackles, eight TFLs, three forced fumbles, one recovery and three sacks were very strong and it was probably the fumbles and one tackle more that snuck him past Wright. The real question is will Gooney ever come back and what does the future hold for Wozy now that he is NOLA? He better hope his one update this season is a good one or regression will start to take its toll on him.
