It was a tough 2 weeks for Canton, but he continues to benefit from a phenomenal performance in week 1 that resulted in 3 Receiving Touchdowns. Canton is clearly used more in the receiving core than the regular rushing attack, but at 4.2 YPC, he’s able to get the job done when called upon.
Previous Rank: #3 (Fall)
# 8 - Mako Mendonca - 201 Rushing Yards (3.6 YPC), 13 catches for 84 Receiving Yards, 1 Rushing TD, 1 Receiving TD @Mooty99
The only unranked RB from week 1’s list to break into the top 10 without any previous ranking or mention, Mendonca has been a strong contributor for the Copperheads, achieving 285 total yards from scrimmage. He was also able to score through the air and on the ground, making him a versatile threat to opposing defenses.

#7 - Ashley Owens - 195 Rushing Yards (3.5 YPC), 20 catches for 144 Receiving Yards, 2 Rushing TDs @run_CMC
Owens defended his ranking well, managing to keep from moving down the list. Not a bad performance at all for the star rookie. His YPC rose a small amount and seems to be headed in a better direction. He continues to be used heavily in both a rushing and receiving capacity and was able to find the end zone twice in the last 2 weeks.
Previous Rank: #7 (No Change)

#5 - Forrest Gump - 207 Rushing Yards (3.4 YPC), 18 catches for 161 Receiving Yards, 4 Rushing TDs @TomHanks

He currently holds claim to the most Rushing Touchdowns in the league and has stepped up his ground attack. New Orleans also continues to use him in the passing game, adding 13 catches for 85 yards in the last 2 weeks.
