I scored my first career touchdown for Myrtle Beach in our Week 12 game against the Royals. Is there anything you want to know about up-and-coming TE Clark Boyd?
Honestly, it felt surprising to get the ball in that moment. I knew the play call was for me to take the short pass, but it was still quite the shock. As soon as I made the catch I knew I'd done it. It took a lot to get me to try for a pro contract and to finally see my hard work come to fruition was nothing short of electric.
As for your second question, I don't think I'd call myself a better player than any of them. For one, my father wouldn't like it if I bad-mouth defensive backs. Plus, it's my job to catch the ball and it's their's to stop me. Maybe that does make me better... All I can say for sure is that having a touchdown on my stat sheet feels amazing. I think the dam has burst and soon I might be able to prove that I am better than some of those at my position.

There are 438 defensive players in the league, many of whom have never scored a touchdown. How does it feel to know that you're automatically better than so many supposedly top NSFL players?
