Week 8
QB - Sam Howitzer (POR, 3) - What a great performance from the Pythons as they upset the Seawolves. Howitzer only failed to connect on 5 passes and went for 169 yards and 2 touchdowns.
RB - Sergio Kitchens (KCC) - The Coyotes had a decent day on the ground, with Kitchens averaging 4.9 YPC for 102 yards and a score
RB - Zoe Watts (DBD, 2) - The Birddogs pounded the run game today with workhorse Watts recording 26 touches for 124 yards as Dallas won
WR - Korbin Brown (POR, 5) - Offensive Performance of the Week - Korbin's lust for the endzone is insatiable, bagging two more touchdowns this week. Brown has now scored more receiving TDs than Dallas and Minnesota combined
WR - Tre'Darius J'Vathon (LON, 2) - Tre'Darius scored a touchdown to tie the game in the 2nd quarter, going on to finish with 55 yards on the day
TE - Ne Mo (MBB, 3) - The Bucs couldn't get to the endzone but Mo still racked up a nice stat line, with 5 catches for 95 yards
OL - Adam Mellott (TIJ, 2) - Despite the loss, Tijuana ran the ball really well, and Mellott opened up the line nicely with 5 pancakes.
OL - Chuck Roth (POR, 2) - The Seawolves D is a fearsome unit, but Roth and his O-line buddies protected Howitzer expertly, allowing 0 sacks.
DL - Mattress Cadaire (LON, 4) - Defensive Performance of the Week - The Royals were under siege all game from a rapid Grey Ducks offense that made 72 offensive plays. Cadaire put up 11 tackles, 2 TFLs and a sack to help stop them
DL - Angelo Cerilli (POR) - The normally dominant Seawolves running game was completely stifled today. Cerilli helped pin them back with 2 TFLs and 2 other tackles.
DL - Azarius Ranger (MIN) - Azarius couldn’t help his team win but he recorded two TFLs, one of which resulted in a safety that helped give the team hope late on.
DL - Sam Roes (NOR, 2) - And on the other side of the field, Roes did well to keep the Pythons to 4.5 YPC, recording a TFL and a sack in the process
LB - Busch Light (LON, 4) - Soaking up the Minnesota onslaught, Light helped hold Minnesota to low yards per play. He racked up 15 tackles, including one for a loss.
LB - Tyrone Woods (MBB, 3) - Myrtle Beach might have lost, but it was a good stat line for Tyrone Woods, with a forced fumble, a sack, a TFL and 9 other tackles.
LB - Richard Leaking (DBD, 2) - Dallas have had a tough season, but the D did well to hold Tijuana to 10 points today. Leaking recorded a sack, deflected a pass and made 4 more tackles.
CB - Byron Blackwell (DBD, 4) - Blackwell is no stranger to the team of the week, and makes it again thanks to an interception and 2 more passes defensed
CB - Swantavius Jones (LON, 2) - Yes that is me, I have no shame. Jones helped hold the opposition to 5.0 YPA, the lowest in the league this week. He also intercepted a pass and deflected another.
CB - Ben Alexander-Arnold (TIJ, 3) - A nice game for BAA as he helped hold the Birddogs to 5.4 YPA as well as deflecting two passes
S - Lionel Rumper (DBD) - The Birddogs must have known an upset was possible when their big safety Rumper sacked the QB for a safety on just the third snap of the game. Dallas never looked back after that
K/P - Juke Thomason (KCC) - Amazingly, no one in the DSFL missed a kick this week. Thomason gets the nod though thanks to making all 5 of his.
KR - Rickie Vaughne (NOR, 5) - Oh look, this guy again. He may not have had a good game defensively, but Rickie Vaughne had another productive day in the return game with 116 yards.

QB - Reginald Covington III (KCC) - Offensive Performance of the Week - The Coyotes are on fire. Covington led them to another win this week, putting up 165 yards, 3 TDs and an interception.
RB - Mike Rotchburns (MIN, 2) - The Grey Ducks bounced back from their loss to upset Norfolk. Rotchburns put up 82 yards and made two trips to the endzone, including the one that put them into the lead in the 4th quarter

WR - Gunner Thorbjornsson (LON) - The league's leading receiver had a great game today, recording 99 yards and a touchdown
WR - Crayne Whebet (KCC) - A breakout game for the wide receiver who snagged 6 passes for 49 yards and 2 touchdowns
TE - Rigby Raccoon (KCC, 2) - Raccoon grabbed an early touchdown to put KC in front and finished with 4 catches for 54 yards
OL - Dick Thunder (MIN) - Minnesota had the best YPC in the league this week as Thunder recorded 2 pancakes and didn't allow a sack
OL - Clay Stallworth (KCC, 4) - The Coyotes moved the ball well and Stallworth bagged 5 pancakes as he protected his backfield
DL - Owen Isaac (TIJ) - The Bucs offense couldn't get anything going on the ground today. Isaac picked up a sack and a TFL as they held them to 3.6 YPC
DL - Goat Tank (MBB) - Despite the win, Tijuana's run game wasn't much better, with a dismal 3.1 YPC. Goat tank got a sack as well as a fumble which he recovered, plus 7 more tackles.
DL - Lawrence Bledsoe (KCC) - Inactives can make the TotW too. Bledsoe recorded 4 TFLs as KC held Dallas to a dismal 34 rushing yards
LB - Terry Tate (TIJ, 2) - Tate got himself a sack and 5 tackles as they held MB to under 200 yards
LB - Adam Schell (TIJ, 4) - Schell led the charge as usual in one of the best team D performances we've seen, deflecting a pass and bagging 8 tackles
LB - Gary Goodman (KCC, 2) - Goodman recorded a TFL, deflected 2 passes and tackled the ballcarrier another 7 times
LB - Brach Thomaslacher (POR) - Defensive Performance of the Week - A really nice game for Brach with his new team, getting a TFL, deflecting a pass and forcing 2 fumbles that his teammates picked up. Oh and 10 other tackles as well.
CB - Rich Triplet (TIJ, 2) - Triplet deflected 3 passes as Tijuana limited the opposition to just 9 completions on the day.
CB - Oliver Sloan (MIN, 2) - The Norfolk offense has lost their way a little and this week it was Minnesota who punished them. Sloan intercepted Ramza to kick off the Minnesota turnaround
CB - James Gath (MIN) - Between them, the Minnesota CBs held Ramza to just 92 yards through the air. Gath also added a deflected pass to his stat line.
S - Davriel Lavigne (POR, 2) - Lavigne had 2 turnovers today, picking up one of the aforementioned London fumbles, as well as intercepting the QB and deflecting a pass
K/P - Melvin Murder Moose (NOR) - Triple M was perfect on the day, scoring all 12 of Norfolk's points
KR - Friedrich Vequain (TIJ, 2) - Vequain started the Tijuana comeback as he ran back a 76 yard punt return for a score in the 3rd quarter, finishing with 118 return yards
