Hello diary! I have some exciting news! Which is why I'm writing this entry out of order from the rest. But this can't wait that long. Today was draft day for the nsfl! I'd like to go over where I was projected to go by the not famous yet magazine and some private opinions from other players around the league as well as where I thought I'd end up. First I'll start out by talking where the not famous yet magazine said I would go. The not famous yet magazine projected me to go number six over all in the draft to the Baltimore Hawks. The reasoning behind this selection is because the Baltimore Hawks do not have a true tight end. They have one of the best former dslf wide receivers in John Watchner at the tight end position. It was mostly a general opinion that I would be going to the Baltimore Hawks. I also have a connection there with my cousin, Gregory Fletcher, plays for the Baltimore Hawks. A good reason I wanted to end up there. Now where did I think I would go, what round and where. I wanted to be in the top five picks because my cousin Gregory Fletcher got picked sixth overall and we always compete. Before the not famous magazine came out I wasn't sure where I would go. I admit I was sold into the idea that I was going to Baltimore as well. Other than my cousin being there I didn't really have a place I truly was dedicated to going. I just wanted to play some football and win some championship. It was leaked to me before the draft that Baltimore was not in fact interested in me at all. After I heard that news I had a feeling i wasn't going to be drafted into the first round of the Nsfl draft anymore. I had been reached out to multiple teams, almost every team, but I had no idea who actually wanted to draft me anymore. The first five draft selections came and went and I was not any of them. Up next was the Hawks. With pick six in the draft, they did not draft me. Instead they drafted my fellow teammate quarterback Austin Roenick. The next two picks in the draft came and I was not not selected in the first round. There even was another tight end was taken in the first round, poopy face tomato nose. A crazy name and talented player. But stat wise, I had a better season, and I played next to the best wide receiver in the league last year. But oh well. The second round comes and I feel like I might not even go in the second round. The Yellowknife Wraiths were the first to pick in the second round. They were on the clock and before I knew it I was drafted. I went number nine overall to the Yellowknife Wraiths. It felt good to be drafted and even better to be drafted to the best team in the league. It was nice to finally get a home. I was also sad though because it meant it was time to leave my beloved home in Portland and leave behind the Portland Pythons. My fellow Portland python teammate, Boro Gore, did get selected number seven overall by the Yellowknife Wraiths. So it's nice to have a familiar face in the locker room and on the field. The Yellowknife Wraiths have a pretty good tight end currently. My gms tell me they think he's peaked and I could have the the potential to pass him in just a couple of seasons. But for now I will be playing in the third wide receiver and I will also be playing the second tight end in the two tight end formations. I should have plenty of opportunities to play against my cousin Gregory Fletcher since the Baltimore Hawks are our biggest rivals. He should be covering, or at least attempting to cover me because he sucks a lot. I'm just kidding he's a pretty good safety for the Baltimore Hawks.im definitely looking forward to all of those matchups. I would also like to take the time to thank my previous team, the Portland Pythons, my GM Pdxballer and all of my former teammates in Portland Pythons it was a great experience and a good ride while we are all there. And good luck to everyone on their new teams and good luck to Pdxballer and the Portland Pythons this coming up season. I would aslo like to thank my new GM's for taking a chance on me and getting me on the best team in the Nsfl. For my next journal entry I will continue on about my season in Portland.
