Thudd Kassel was getting dressed into his after game pin stripe suite as a local Orange County reporter approached him at this visitor locker. Thudd gave the reporter a quick glare as to warn him to just leave him alone.
"Thudd, you got a second?" An audible annoyed groan could be heard.
Thudd looked over his shoulder, "No. No, not really dude go bother someone else" He turned back around to straighten his tie as he saw a hand recorder peek over his shoulder, shoved in his face. "But Thudd, what do you make of New Orleans recent offensive woes after two straight losses?"
The Tijuana Law Hawk turned around and snatched the recorded out of the reporters hand. "Fine you want a quote, here's a fucking quote. That fucking diva on offense named Action Jackson whined and cried about not getting enough looks and what does he do when we start dishing it to him? I don't know catch like only 1 pass out of like 6 targets or some shit. They should call him Bricks Rick if you ask me. Quarterback can't hit the broad side of a barn and we just stop giving the ball to the best running back in the league? It's wack."
"Thudd, some are calling into question your effort on the field, going as far to say you are just coasting through the game. What do you have to say to that?"
"I say you and them can go suck on a fat one."
"This is very uncharacteristic for you Thudd. The reports were that NOLA drafted you because you were the quintessential 'Jimmy Dugan' guy. The Linebackers eyes rolled and he let out sarcastic sounding laugh. "What the hell is a Dugan guy anyway? They don't care about me, they just like my talent. Jimmy just likes guys that can win and I guess that's me,but I don't know, who even cares?" By this time Kassel had finished packing his duffel bag and gathered his things, putting his sun glasses on before attempting to leave. The reporter jumped in front of his way " One last question, what can your teammates and New Orleans fans expect from you moving forw-" The reporters words were cut short as Thudd grabbed the gangly reporter by his bony shoulder and shoved him out of the way. That was enough to send the OCO reporter sprawling to floor and hit his head "What the fuck man?!"
Thudd pushed past his teammates stopping him to see what his problem was and left the locker room in an awkward silence only broken by the reporter "You'll be hearing from my lawyer!!!"
Thudd lifted a middle finger over his shoulder.
A locker room camera caught some of the incident.
