QB: Dude Doggo 50 TPE Unfortunately, doesn’t have an update page. As a matter of fact, has only one post, at all. The outlook isn’t very good for his future success. Has a great name. His jersey has been one of the highest sellers since the Prospect Bowl rosters were announced.
RB: Da Owl 59 TPE Da hasn’t been un around since February 17, after doing his initial update. Another great name. An all around-back, Owl is always dangerous, whether he running in between the tackles, breaking outside, catch the ball, or staying into block.
RB: Winston Bragg 65 TPE Mons00n earned an initial 15 TPE but has been pretty quiet since joining. Bragg is a bruiser, of a back, better known for flattening defenders than carrying the ball. He’ll protect Doggo and lead the way for Owl. When the defense is worn down in the 4th quarter, Bragg is a major reason why.
WR: Steve Alvarado 50 TPE Another inactive, recent recreate from SwishaSteve. Alvarado is a speed receiver who will look to stretch the field and field the endzone. Once accidently played an entire game with his injured, inactive teammate’s jersey.
WR: Terrel Blister Jr. 50 TPE Member tbone415 originally created Berrel Trister in S11, and this player is obviously a play on the original. Unfortunately, he’s been inactive after creating his initial player page. Another speed receiver, along with Steve Alvarado, Blister Jr. gives the Jet Hawks a set of blazing WRs, much as the team’s name would imply.
TE: Shawn Ansari 59 TPE ARE YOU SREDDY? Member sredy969 gained some easy, initial TPE, including an update page, and was on the site just a few days ago. Hopefully he’ll hang on and keep participating. Ansari is a balanced tight end who’s best attribute is that he can do everything, but nothing particularly well.
TE: Perry King 50 TPE Another created player, but no further activity. King gives the Jet Hawks a second balanced TE, which, combined with the two burners on the outside, give the Jet Hawks a balanced attack on offense. King has said that he turned to football as a child after his initial dream to become a professional spoons-player were dashed. Will he find success in the NSFL?
LT: Joey McCabe 57 TPE Rounding out the Jet Hawks’ offense is another player with some initial TPE, but no recent activity. I really hope member Benthicc_Biomancer so we can continue to use this sweet ass name!

DT: David Banner 57 TPE While one of the dopest rappers coming out of Mississippi, DT David Banner has shown little activity after his initial creation. Will no doubt be a big favorite of fans of the Dirty South.
DT: Kade Hines 57 TPE (???) Due to some wonky formatting, its hard to tell Hines’ exact TPE. Member Tesoroano7 posted that he was going to come back with renewed fire, but we haven’t heard from him since, unfortunately. Hopefully he’ll find a way to join the league again.
DE: Chauncey Morrison 57 TPE This team is absolutely stacked with created players who did a few initial tasks, but did little afterwards. Interestingly, Morrison’s cousin, Zach, was a lead character on an older kids’ show, “Saved by the Bell”. His best friend is also named Screech.
DE: Slim Pickens 57 TPE Easily one of the best names in the league, especially for a big defensive lineman. Pickens is a speed rusher who will hope to give the Jet Hawks a big push off the edge. Twin brother, Moe, with whom Slim played in college, is currently working for NASA.
LB: Julius Andersson 50 TPE Noticing a trend here with most of the Jet Hawks hovering around their initial 50 TPE, and Andersson is no different. Anderson was a ballet dancer for much of his life and word is that he added another ‘s’ to his last name to seem more refined.
LB: Buster Nelson 50 TPE Legally changed his own name when he was 6 years old to “Buster”, after his favorite actor, Buster Keaton. Wil look to provide a solid force in the middle of the Jet Hawk defense.
LB: Fatso Wombat 50 TPE Another create with no activity, Wombat is actually a wombat. He is looking to use his natural advantages (strong legs, ability to adapt) to be productive on the field. Also, his favorite food is fettuccine alfredo. Lots of it.
CB: Jacob Caine 50 TPE Member JacobPCGaming is, in fact, still currently gaming. Caine, a man-to-man defender, will look to shut down opposing receivers, particularly down the field.
CB: Chester Sweets 99 TPE What a bum. Eats candy and doesn’t share.
CB: Rickety Cricket 57 TPE Cricket will be looking to hop onto opposing receivers and torment them all game long. He’ll be chirping and singing his song until the Jet Hawks are out.
FS: Elias Ziegler 50 TPE Ziegler claimed some TPE, but didn’t do an update page and hasn’t been active. He’ll be patrolling the back end of the Jet Hawk defense. Both he and Sweets will be wearing #32 for th Jet Hawks, so don’t confuse them.
FS: Jimmy Cooks 94.5 TPE Cooks is a speedster who, along with Sweets, makes up the best area of this Jet Hawk team. He’s claimed a bunch of TPE and even made some media to introduce himself. Has the ability to really be a top safety in the DSFL this year.
SS:Matt Elam 50 TPE Elam hasn’t been active since his first introductory post. A cousin of long-retired NFL kicker Jason Elam, Matt will really have to hold back kicking any of the Hawks’ opponents when they are down.
K: Cashrinski Blödenheimer 50 TPE A power kicker out of New Mexico, Biodenheimer hasn’t done much since his first post. Here’s hoping he’ll rejoin us. ‘;.
Outlook: I planned on getting to know some of the DSFL rookies when doing this article, but I was a bit let down in that area. It looks like Jimmy Cooks (member slacjr) and I got HOSED since we are the only active members on this team. Looking at the recent article by member s4ndr0p that analysed the upcoming Prospect Bowl confirmed these thoughts. The Jet Hawks are at the bottom of the barrel in terms of total TPE of starters (at 58.2 TPE), where as the Buffalo Ramblers lead the league at an average of 86 TPE. Does any of this really matter? No. Each team has, basically, the same chance to win since each player is at their initial 50 TPE. I was a bit disappointed that we wouldn’t be able to see the high-TPE earners shine, I understand why it is run at 50 TPE. This a time of year with a ton of work and we’ll be updated soon.
The Prospect Bowl is sure to be a fun time with all the energy surrounding the league right now. This will be my first, but I hope its one for the ages. Go Jet Hawks and best of luck to all the participants!
