KidAstro21 Ban

Hello all. It came to the attention of Head Office that on 12/18, user KidAstro21 spammed an invite to a NSFW server in multiple channels of the DSFL rookie chat. The messages were promptly deleted and the user was muted. As HO discussed the possibility of the user being hacked and how that would affect the severity of punishment that would be given out, the user once again sent out invites to the same NSFW server in DMs to multiple league members the following day. The delay between instances and selectivity of the DMs sent led HO to determine it is unlikely that this is the result of hacking.

This clearly falls under sec IX.C.1 of the rulebook (conduct detrimental to the league) by satisfying at least two of the following:
a. Takes place in an official league owned space, including but not limited to:
General chat
Rookie chat
Management chat
Forums
b. Takes place in a public facing area that clearly represents the league as a whole, including but not limited to:
Player or team twitter accounts
Forums such as reddit recruitment threads
c. Contains NSFW imagery
d. Contains hateful or offensive language

As a result of this behavior, KidAstro21 has been permanently banned from all league spaces effective immediately and his player also retired immediately. Per IX.C.2.i and IX.C.2.iii, the player Marcus Jackson will be allowed to finish out the season on the Portland Pythons roster, however his player is not required to be played in any depth charts.
